“Hey shadow said sonic running over to shadow.
“Hey sonic.“ Said shadow to sonic looking up from what he was doing.
“What are you up to?“ Sonic said running up and looking around at nothing. Shadow was sitting on a park bench watching his kids run around.
“Not much… Just watching my kids I suppose. Sometimes it’s hard to be a dad. I never thought I’d do that… You know be a dad. I didn’t think anybody would ever love me like that, not that I ever really thought about it much…“ Shadow said she specially, looking down, he looked up at his kids, watching them run around and play.
“Hard?“ Sonic said “hard? Do you think being a dad is hard? I think it’s pretty easy. So maybe Jasper is just easy? But I don’t think so. Jasper is a cool kid!“ Sonic smiled probably about his kid.
“You got an easy one…“ Said shadow saying to himself and putting his hands in his face.
“so you do think it’s hard?” Sonic tilted his head to the side looking a little worried, “do you think parenting is hard? Are you OK? Is Amy not helping you?“
“What do you mean?!“ Shadow shook his head “Amy helps me!“
“Then what are you talking about?“ Sonic said, shaking his head and putting his hands on his hips “you’re being confusing! What are you talking about?“
“What are you talking about? Amy helps me. It’s just sometimes being a dad is hard you know?“
“Oh… I see?“ Sonic said, touching his head to the side, looking confused.
