Look, being the god of the underworld was not fun. Your ex being Maleficent? Even worse. Celia walked into my room with a damn letter addressed to me from Wonderland. Wonderland! Don’t they know I have gone incognito?
I opened the letter while Celia was leaving
“Dear Lord Hades,
I, Mad Hatter of Wonderland, would like to inform you that on August 4th, 2024 at the 7th hour, the sea witches sister, Uliana had been beheaded. Do NOT respond if you value your life even though you cannot die.
- M. Hatter, Wonderland”
Oh damn.
That’s an L for Uliana! I silently thanked Hephaestus (who would’ve made whatever beheaded her). I tossed the letter aside and began to eat one of the canned foods that Celia gave me, while blasting dog noises.
Then a knock.
”Go away!” I shouted.
”Dad?” DAMNIT! it was Mal.
”..come in..”
