September 5th, 6:45 AM.
Olivia looked at the clock. ‘It’s almost 6:50..’ She sighed. The kids are going to be late if her son doesn’t wake up soon. “Brielle dear, can you please wake up your brother?” The mother smiled gently, carefully folding the rag she used to wipe down the counter and putting it off to the side neatly. “Hm?” The youngest has her mouth full of food before swallowing it all down. “Sure!” She got out of her seat and dashed to her brother's room.
Knock
..
Knock..
No response. Brielle sighed in annoyance before barging through the door. ‘This hoe..’ She mumbled before clearing her throat. “WAKE UP BITCH AND GET YOUR ASS UP. YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE US LATE FOR SCHOOL!” Brielle yelled. “5 more minutes..” Alex groaned, still asleep. “If you don’t get up, I will hit you with your own sword if you don’t get up.” She threatened as the brunette girl glared at her brother. “Try me” The boy with a saturated blue hair faded to white hair grumbled. Knowing Brielle, when she threatened anyone she was dead serious. “Fine.. don’t say I didn’t warn you.” She spoke in a cheeky tone, Brielle held her hand out and summoned Alex’s sword. Using the handle of the sword, BAM! She smacked him in the head, finally waking him up. “OK OK, I'M UP!” The wolf hybrid boy groaned in pain. “Ugh.. was hitting me with my OWN sword really necessary?” Alex rubbed the area where his sister had hit him. “Very much, how else was I supposed to wake you up?”
“Kids! Hurry up, you’re going to be late!” Olivia yelled from the first floor. “Coming!” The two siblings yelled back, both running downstairs. “Morning mom! Morning dad!” Alex greeted both his parents in a hurry.
“Food is on the table Alex.”
“Thanks!” Alex grabbed a small portion of his breakfast and ran off. Brielle and Maria snickered, each standing on the side of the door and ready to scare Alex. Alex walked out of the door and as he looked to the side he got scared. “OMG WHERE DID YOU COME FROM.” Guess they didn’t need to do any work. Maria laughed. “I’ve been here this whole time. How did you get scared?” Brielle was still laughing. “Oh hush.” Flustered, Alex jokingly pushed Maria away. Brielle wheezed before talking. “We should coughs get to school now before we’re late.” She eventually calmed down. The other two agreed and walked to school as fast as they could.
They reached school, just to be greeted by Kathryn, thank the lord. She stood there, arm crossed. “Finally you guys are here, gosh! What took you so long?” Standing there, looking a bit upset.
“Someone decided to sleep in.”
“YOU HIT ME WITH MY SWORD?”
“HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO WAK-.” Before Brielle could finish her sentence, Kathryn cut her off. “You are so lucky the bell hasn’t rung yet, cmon, let’s head in.” The green haired girl sighed. “And stop bickering you two. Everyday I swear.” The two Einar siblings eventually did stop bickering and the four walked inside the school.
