Over two years ago, I drew my first piece of fanart for the Black Phone. Since then, I have been (kind of) consistently drawing fanart for that movie and the characters in it. I wholeheartedly believe that I wouldn't have grown as an artist as much as I have, without getting overly attached to that movie.
So thank you Joe Hill for writing that short story, and thank you Brady Hepner for playing Vance Hopper. Because that man was literally my main reason for drawing fanart for this fandom in general.
I have extremely high hopes for The Black Phone 2 (even though I don't think some of my favorite characters will be in it)
And, like, I still have a lot to improve on regarding my art and art style. But yeah :]

If the skin tone looks off in the last one, that's because I color picked everything in that image (excluding eye color) and I'm pretty sure the lighting wasn't the best.
Anyways, hoping that I'll get enough inspiration here soon to draw stuff like that more consistently. Have a wonderful day / night.
