Jeon Wonwoo wasn't supposed to blur the line. He wasn't supposed to be in Kim Mingyu's world. But Mingyu wasn't supposed to make it so easy. They were pushed to each other, over and over again. And maybe... the line was never meant to separate them in the first place.

"I'm hurting too," Mingyu looked up and for the first time in a long time- Wonwoo was looking at something pitiful, but it wasn't his own reflection. "I'm hurting too. And I don't know how to stop it."
Wonwoo furrowed his brow and stared at Mingyu as he blabbed his heart out. "I thought that... maybe we could be lonely together."

Hansol reads the exchange over and over and over. He still can’t put a finger on why he can’t get it out of his brain. He’s been texted by wrong numbers before, but there’s something about this one. Maybe it’s the all lowercase. Maybe it’s the insistence that he respond, and quickly. Maybe it’s just that he’s lonely and hasn’t had a friendly, no-strings conversation with anyone in what feels like a very, very long time.
He switches over to Seokmin’s texts asking for a clarifying question on a bit they’d recorded the day before. Then, his phone buzzes and he does a double take at the banner at the top of his screen.
It’s the unknown number from the night before.
