Chords:
Ceilings: for the verses, you’re basically playing Dadd9, F#m, Dadd9, A, E, Dadd9, F#m, E. (Twice repeated)
The chorus part is Dadd9, A, E (twice for the first chorus, 4 times for the second one). The first ‘before’ is accompanied by a F#m, the second ‘before’ with an E.
Exile: for the verses it’s also just a Dadd9-F#m loop, but you can throw in the occasional E after your F#m.
The chorus is Dadd9, E, F#m, D(add9), looped 4 times (?).
The ‘so step right out’- part is A-F#m-E-Dadd9, also looped (as many times as you want to repeat the ‘so many signs’ tbh), and then it jumps back to the chorus.
If it helps, ceilings is kept in its original key, and exile is literally all over the place. Know that for exile, apart from the very start of the verse, you can swap out the Dadd9 for a regular D major chord.
