Resh'an plucked Zale up from the ground as Aephorul chuckled.
“You can go now.” Resh'an hissed as he patted Zale's hair. The small solstice child slowly calmed down.
“I suppose I am finished here. I'm still dropping by later though.” Aphoroul hummed draping over him for a second before walking through another portal.
He glanced over, Valere and Garl seemed content playing together on the floor but… where the heck did Seraï go!
He looked around in panic to find Seraï. Only to find her on top of a very high bookshelf, and attempting to open a jar of spikes that he used for alchemy.
“Seraï! Seraï no!” he walked over to the shelf and glared up at her. “You get down here right now young lady!” he was met with a glare. *jeez she really hasn't changed much.*
He sighed, set Zale down and launched himself up transforming into the great eagle to carefully pluck up the squirming child. Thankfully he had a lot of experience picking up squirming and upset children.
“Ok, i'm going to have to figure out how to fix this.” He grumbled as he turned back and set the child on the ground.
He managed to conjure up what was basically a knee high cage wall and dropped the children inside of it.
“'Didn't you always want to adopt?’ sick bastardard. Twisting you into children for his own amusement.” Resh'an propped his head up with one hand, the other dangling into the cage.
He was lost inside his mind so he was shocked when he felt tiny hands grasp his own.
He pulled away and saw Garl tugging on his hand a small concerned frown on his face. That's when reshan noticed something odd.
They didn't have the extra baby fat like most babies had. None of them did in fact.
He faintly remembered what valere and zale looked like as children and it wasn't this. He assumed Seraï wouldn't have had it anyway because her body was mostly metal now.
No, definitely not. Aephroul managed to shrink their bodies to make them miniature, around the size of a child. He didn't fully turn back their age. Then he made their minds into one of a child as well.
