Chapter Text
Kevin’s lips brushed against José’s own. He closed the gap between them, devouring the soft gasp with the heat of his mouth. José hummed against him, melting in his embrace. Kevin’s gloved hands explored the full expanse of his body— traveling up his waist, along his back, until it settled against his cheek.
Once he pulled away, it hit him. There was so much he loved about José. Despite their disagreements, everything came easy with him.
He was easy for him. The manor made it all simple.
Part of him wondered if this was all temporary. Would they even have crossed paths outside of the manor? Perhaps availability made it easier for them to fall for one another, but Kevin liked to believe he’d have fallen for him again regardless. He liked to believe José thought the same and when he gazed at him with those large, doe eyes, he knew he was right.
José was the first to move. His arms hung loosely on Kevin’s hips, dragging him down with him to their bed.
Kevin went easy, as always— slotting perfectly between the First Officer’s legs. José pulled Kevin closer to him, another chaste kiss. This time Kevin was the one to melt, grunting softly when José pulled away.
“What do you want?” José asked through half lidded eyes.
Kevin propped himself up, caging José’s head between his arms. Such a simple question. It was clear what he wanted. From the look of it, it was clear what José wanted as well.
He sat up, straddling José while he pulled off his gloves, followed by his poncho. José’s hands stayed planted on his waist, clearly interested in each movement of the Cowboy.
From here, Kevin was angelic. A visage of broad shoulders and muscle, black shirt hugging him nicely. José stared at him, lips parted.
Kevin moved forward again, kissing along José’s jaw until he reached his ear. He buried himself there for a moment, breathing in his scent. José used this moment to snake his hands underneath Kevin’s shirt, massaging the muscle at his waist.
“Everything.”
