It was 17th of July of 1470, a sunny day in Segovia, it wasnt too hot nor too cold which could never happen today. Spanish Empire was walking around the castle, he was visibly lost in thought, well that was until someone snapped their fingers on his face.
"España, where are you going?" The person said while they kept snapping their finguers on the Spanish Empire's face
Spanish Empire shook his face before noticing that his mother, Kingdom of castille was standing in front of him. "Ah, mother i didn't see you walking towards me, I was going to the garden" He said, hoping that his mother wouldn't ask anything else.
"And are you alright? Some maids have told me that you've been acting weird lately, since those humans came to visist us" She said, genuine concern on her face, which was weird given that she was talking to her son and not to some knight who had been hurt by a Moor
"Uh, Yeah im fine, and don't listen to those maids, they only want to spread rumors" Spanish Empire said, before continuing to walk, completely ignoring if his mother asked another question or not.
Shortly after he arrived to the garden of the castle, he stood near the fountain watching as the water ran, although his attention was quickly caught by a woman near the gate of the castle, it seemed like she was talking to a few people and some guards, she was wearing a green and white dress along with a brown corset, her hair was a light brown and her eyes were olive green, she also had a basket in hand which seemed full of things. As he had nothing better to do, Spanish Empire aproached the gates of the Castle, the people and guards noticing him
"Ah, your representation, we're glad you're here, we need your help with something" One of the guards said, clearly glad that the representation had walked towards them
"What's the matter?" Spanish Empire asked
"This woman right here wants to walk into the castle because she wants to look at the garden, but she won't let us look whats inside the basket" The other guard said and the othe rpeople agreed
"But she only wants to see the garden, not walk into the building" Spanish Empire replied, genuinely wondering if this was truly a promblem for the guards
"But, what if she wants to kill you or your parents!?" One of the people said, by his clothes he was probably a noble
"She only wants to see the garden, now let her trough and stop wasting your time with this nonsense problem!" Spanish Empire said before looking at the woman "Im so sorry about this, come on, you can walk inside, I can how you around the castle" He said with a smile while handing his hand to the woman.
The woman's eyes widened before a small smile appeared on her face "Thank you".
Spanish Empire had showed the woman around the garden before settling down a a tree.
"May I ask what's your name and where's your family from?" Spanish Empire asked, looking at the woman
"My name's Maira, and my family's from isibila but we recently came here as my father has found a husband for me" Maira said, a bit o a saddened look on her face
"You don't seem to happy about that, have you meet your husband?" Spanish Empire asked
"No, all i know about him is that his name is Antonio and he's 24 years old" She said, sighing after finishing the phrase
"And how old are you? Spanish Empire asked
"22 years old sir" Maira said a smile on her face
"Well, you're a year younger than me, and a beautiful one too" He said, a smile on his face
