FINISHING BOOT UP
WAKING..
As Vee sat up, she saw she was in her room, alone and in the dark
"How long was i out..?" She says, standing up and putting some clothes on, before going out of her room
She goes into the hallway and down to the kitchen, drowsy-ness wearing off
"God where is everyone.." The TV says, sitting on a chair
Astro eventually wanders into the kitchen, looking tired (more than usual)
"Shelly has made a recovery, though her waist down are still healing, so you can't like.. you know.. but yeah she is okay."
He says, then walks off down the hall to his room, leaving Vee in the silent darkness of the kitchen
A bit later, she goes into Shelly's room to sit and wait. Bassie was there, asleep in a chair 3 feet from the foot of the bed, some medical supplies and a glass of water on the side table next to her, And there she was, Shelly, Shell cracked and bandaged, Her arm ditto bandaged. She was covered with a blanket as she slept peacefully, occasionally adjusting or moving around.
Vee sits down in a chair on the other side of the table from Bassie, inserting a CD-ROM she found in the depths of gardenview labeled 'HALF-LIFE' into her own CD drive and playing it to pass the time
As she awoke, Shelly glanced to the clock
8:27, she had slept for about 7-ish hours
She glanced around her room, it was relatively the same, Bassie reading a book in a chair, Vee with a game on her screen, Ginger checking her bandages-
Wait a sec, ..Vee? She was sitting in a chair beside a table on the other side of Bassie
"Vee..?" She says, sitting up
"Shells, hold still, I'm fixing your bandages" Ginger says, adjusting the wraps on Shelly's shell
Vee's screen quickly pauses, then switches to her face as she stands up and walks to her side
"Shelly, I-" The TV host begins sorrowful, only to be shut up with a hug by Shelly
"It wasn't your fault, Vee, though, I cannot thank you enough for saving me" the Shell says, yanking the tv toon close
"I uhm have stuff to do like... Taxes..?" Bassie says, getting up and leaving with her stuff
"Yeah I'll just head out and let you guys have time together" Ginger says whilst grabbing her belongings then leaving
"Vee, do you wanna get a movie playing and come get comfortable" The Ammonite suggests, sitting back down
Vee then strolls over to the entertainment stand, picks out a dinosaur documentary, then inserts it into the DVD player and sits down next to Shelly in bed
As it begins, the TV plugs herself into the wall and cuddles up to Shelly
"Love ya, Shells"
After a few seconds of silence and slight shock, She replies
"Love you too, Vee"
The end, probably.
