The next week they were all hanging out at Kidds place. He was the only one whose mom thought it was okay to hang out at their place. Something about the other places being a mess, he really didn’t get it since their home was mostly bare, except for the few monstermon toys and cards he had. He should probably tell the others about his collection, but he didn’t have the energy for it. He also noticed something weird about the bracelet, it glowed at night. He didn’t know why, but he was suspicious. After all, with what happened at his school, it was kind of logical. He also didn’t think to tell the others, mostly because he didn’t want to worry them. “Hey Greg, what are you thinking about?” Oh damn Connor and always wanting to know everything, don’t they know that is what gets you killed in the real world. Okay, scratch that, they don’t. Well that just means I need to tell him, when he is older. Gosh it feels so wrong to say that since he is the youngest. He looks up at him and replies. “Nothing much Connor, just some basic stuff.” He can see that Connor doesn’t believe him. But let's be honest, if he does tell the truth he would still not believe him or be offended(depending on which one he tells). He looks at them both before picking up the stuff they were playing with. “Let’s just go on with playing.” He saw the bracelets glow but the other two didn’t notice and he wasn’t going to worry them. Not after he just zoned out thinking about it. That night something weird happened, the glow became brighter than normal and he suddenly flashed out of his room. He ended up in the tall tower that stood in the middle of the park, some kind of totem. He saw Amaya and Connor stand in the middle of the room just as confused as he was. Honestly this was worse than anything that happened in kindergarten, cause atleast that stuff was explainable with science. This was not, unless alien technology was way more advanced then he thought. Was it even an alien, he didn’t know, he also didn’t care. He just wanted to go home. He walks over to them when suddenly something lights up around them. It appears to be a screen. Their bracelets immediately also light up and they start to spin. Kidd was getting super dizzy, not really knowing what was happening. When the spinning stopped they had become something. They were dressed in suits? He was very confused now. Like he believed in magic(the house that dropped on Cindy made that apparent) But this was even beyond his comprehension. I mean, being teleported to the inside of the totem in the city park and being changed into a green lizard type of onesie. He was absolutely stunned. Looking at the others they seemed to represent a bird or something and a cat. They look at each other before looking at the screen. There they see some weird kids in a ninja suit? Did he say he was confused already, cause he was very confused. The screen showed them that the ninja was stealing books? What was the point of that, he could name like 20 other things, but yeah. The other two however looked excited. Why would you be excited in this situation! Before he got what they were going to do they already dragged him to a vehicle. Weren’t they too young to drive, were these kids nuts. He really didn’t know. They arrived at the scene. The ninjas were carrying out the books. It was honestly all just confusing to him, first they got teleported and transformed and now he was here stopping ninjas from stealing books. If he was being honest this is not the weirdest thing that happened to him. But still. They fight with the ninjas a bit and the fuck, they have these sticky dough like balls. He was so disgusted by them. They did defeat them eventually and they got back to bed. Hopefully this won't repeat ever again.
