Hiii! So I really love the concept of this story, and I do plan on continuing it eventually. But I came up with a different version of the premise that I’m really excited about, so I’m going to rewrite this as a separate fic. I’ll leave this version up, and the new one will be posted under a different title.
If the new version doesn’t do well, I’ll come back and finish this one. But if it takes off, I may stick with the rewrite because I have so many more ideas for it. It’s the same basic premise, but in the new version they’re fully teenagers—mentally and memory‑wise—which gives me a lot more room to explore. THIS IS NOT ABANDONED AS OF RIGHT NOW. I REPEAT, NOT ABANDONED. JUST ON HIATUS UNTIL I FIGURE OUT WHICH VERSION IS BETTER.
