The emperor is a reference to the King of Harmonia in the web series 66,666 years advent the dark mage. Not rlly a spoiler cuz it’s literally revealed the first time you see the guy but, the kingdom of Harmonia is suffering from problems cuz of their bum king and nobles.(i am a fan of trash. im not saying it sucks, im just saying its terrible and full of cliches. but diablo is pretty as hell and i live for purple morally gray characters)(despite not having any)(mine is red/blue instead)
