AITA for getting my fiancé in trouble?
I (28M) and my fiancé L (29M) have been together for almost 5 years now. Not to get into too much detail but we're coworkers and I have a pretty bad reputation in our workplace because sometimes I kinda resort to violence as my first instinct (I was raised this way so I've trained on how to fight since I was young and I do pride myself in my combat skills) and he doesn't really like that which has led to our relationship being slightly on and off mainly because we argue a lot about it. Some backstory is that basically my boss had never really minded about the whole violence thing before but we had a slight change in leadership or a board or whatever, and this one guy became a new board member and had started really pressing me on this issue and it made me mad because I could really care less tbh. But yeah. This guy after not being able to stop me or whatever started targeting L and obviously I got mad so I started fighting him, but after that he somehow got everyone to agree to launch an investigation on L because of him being directly associated with me, which makes no sense because he's innocent, so I got even more mad because L has a really good reputation in our workplace and this investigation stopped him from working for 2 weeks and I'm scared it'll affect his reputation.
Before the investigation happened I also told him that I could fight this guy and genuinely get rid of him but he was talking about how violence is not an option and how I was a lost cause or whatever and that I'm not strong enough, which admittedly hit my sore spot. And he was the one who willingly agreed to the investigation himself and I got mad at him because there was no reason for him to be involved??? He got mad at me too and decided to move out from our place and moved back in with his brother T and I have no idea if it's temporary or permanent because basically every time I see L around he just ignores me, and I tried talking to T and he was also mad at me and told me that I should apologize and change and stop causing trouble. L’s sister A who lives in another state also texted me and told me the same thing, I don't know what this means for our relationship because L still hasn't spoken to me since. AITA?

I think you should listen to everyone when they say that you need to change your ways. It might be a little hard because it's your nature but like, L is definitely really in love with you that he hadn't given up on you, but this might be a final straw for him. So you should at least try for him.
