Chapter Text
“H-hey Charlie,” The Man, the Myth, the Legend, the R-i-z-g-o-d, RizGod Baby approached his fellow twink nerd slightly nervously. “Uhm well, I noticed that you were one of the only contestants who didn’t get some of Ozzy’s money, and I feel like us making up would be better than revenge.”
Charlie glanced at the Albanian boy with a blank face, not sure what to say.
“Rizo, you know what Maria did to me… I thought I could do Survivor 50 with a broken heart, but after you reminded me of what happened…” Charlie broke off, choking back a sob.
“That fortnight I had to spend with you in Fiji was one of the hardest things. OF MY LIFE. I tried to shake it off, but you asking me about Maria brought up bad memories, and to be honest… I-I don’t know if I can forgive you, RizGod.”
“Charlie, please don’t say that. I know that we kind of have bad blood right now and how hard it must be for you to forgive me, but I truly believe that we can reconcile and become friends.” And maybe even more, RizGod thought, but he knew deep down that someone as sexy as Charlie would never go for an Albanian twink like him.
“Rizo, I knew all too well you were trouble from the first day we met on Ponderosa. I should have trusted my gut, but instead I trusted you, I let you in, and you… you broke my heart.”
Rizo sucked in a breath, finally realizing the full extent to which he had hurt Charlie.
“Charlie, not even in my wildest dreams could I have comprehended how much I hurt you. I’m so so so so so-”
RizGod was interrupted by Charlie placing a finger on the brunette’s lips in order to shush him.
Goodness, the Man, the Myth, the Legend, the R-i-z-g-o-d, RizGod Baby had never felt the way about anybody before. Plenty of people had touched Rizo’s lips, but no one’s touch had sent an electric pulse down the length of his entire body like Charlie’s had.
“Shh, you don’t need to apologize, RizGod. Apologizing is just… so high school.”
But it was already too late and Rizo was now sobbing, tears and snot both streaming down his porcelain white skin.
“Hey hey hey, Rizo. You need to calm down!” Charlie exclaimed, starting to panic. “You’re being too loud- the other contestants may hear you.”
It was no use. Charlie’s attempt at comfort may as well have been torture because of the way Rizo was crying. The Man, the Myth, the Legend, the R-i-z-g-o-d, RizGod Baby was heaving down sobs and crying so hard that he was hiccuping.
“Charlie… I-I-I’m sorry, please f-forgive meeee” the brunette blubbered before letting out an anguished wail.
“RIZO! PLEASE CALM DOWN! I’m not good at helping people! Uhhhh, I’m not mad at you, I promise!! What can I do to help you? Uh, ummmm… THINK CHARLIE, THINK!” At this point, Charlie was talking more to himself than to the Albino next to him and was wracking his brain for a way to calm Rizo down.
“Sweet Probst, I can’t believe I’m doing this…” Charlie muttered before stepping forward and grabbing Rizo’s face with his hands.
“RizGod, know that I am doing this, NOT BECAUSE I HAVE ANY FEELINGS FOR YOU, but because I NEED you to calm down.” Even as Charlie spoke the words, he knew they were a lie. Everything he did in season 50 was to get Rizo’s attention: between that stupid talent show that happened on the Cila tribe to the times he would watch the brunette sleep like Nikki from Obsession it was all for Rizo Rizo Rizo.
So without further ado, Charlie inched his face closer to RizGod’s until their lips were touching. The sensation was like nothing the two boys had ever experienced before. Charlie’s brain was functioning just enough to notice how soft Rizo’s lips were and the only thought he could muster was how he wanted more. More of the kissing. More of the tension. More of Rizo.
It appeared Rizo felt the same way, because their kiss turned from something shy and timid to passionate and hot in just a second. Rizo tilted his head and opened his mouth to grab Charlie’s bottom lip in between his teeth. It turns out, Rizo wasn’t just a God at rizzing people up, but also at kissing, because his teeth nibbling against Charlie’s sensitive lips caused a low moan to escape from the latter.
The two twinks continued, their kiss becoming more and more passionate until Charlie broke away, gasping for air.
“RizGod,” he breathed, “Look what you made me do. One second, I’m out here by myself, and the next thing, I’m kissing the boy I’ve loved since-”
Charlie broke off, horrified that he practically just confessed his love for the boy who was supposed to be his enemy.
“Wait, wait, wait!” Rizo squealed. “Did you just say… you were in love with ME!?”
A furious blush overtook Charlie, turning his face the same color as Stephanie LaGrossa Kendrick’s political party.
“Rizo, I have a confession to make…” Charlie sighed. “Ever since I first laid eyes on you at Ponderosa, I was enchanted to meet you. You had such a great sense of style and I would be lying if I didn’t say I was down bad for you. You were just so gorgeous and I thought we could make a true love story if we took the time to connect. Even though the whole thing with Maria being brought up happened, I still knew that you belonged to me and you were my lover. I guess what I’m trying to say is… I hope you are in love with me as much as I am with you.”
“Now that,” The Man, the Myth, the Legend, the R-i-z-g-o-d, RizGod Baby beamed, “is actually romantic.”
And Charlie swept Rizo into his arms and the two boys shared a fervent kiss under the Fiji sun.
