bestie energy right there!!!
I feel like they’d get along really well,
They’d probably eat lunch together, have a little gossip.
Nurse would definitely comfort Intern when he’s stressed, and wingman for him and Secret agent.
I feel like they would play those strange to player obbys on roblox.
Intern / Secret agent

I feel like they would start off as a kinda one sided enemy type thing,
Agent would be incredibly suspicious of Intern (cuz he immediately figured out they’re an anomaly)
And Intern would just be existing,
I feel like the shared trauma of working at this hospital would bring them together,
and eventually they fall in love

I also think they would occasionally watch bad reality tv together
Nurse / Head nurse
I think they would be a really cute and sweet couple,
…and drink margaritas together on a work night.
The two probably had this work besties into lovers trope ig.
Nurse would probably notice whenever Head nurse starts to get overwhelmed or over worked and try and help with her patients.
Over all these two would just be a happy couple,

Head nurse & Secret agent
So, I feel like they’d be more good friends or act like siblings together.
Head nurse would probably be older then him and act like an older sibling,
She’d probably tease him and maybe buy him snacks.
I feel like they would also lowkey steal a fry or something from each other every once in a while.
Secret Agent would go to her for advice,
and Head nurse would eventually have to tell him he has a crush on Intern.
