Dazai then remembered that Verlaine doesn't know that he and Chuuya are married not to mention have children together
Oh this is going to be fun, Dazai is taking advantage over that
"So brother-in-law, aren't you glad to see me?"
Verlaine froze fir few second before looking at Dazai confused and horrified not to mention disgusted
"Do not call me that, you are nothing to mean, I don't get what you mean"
Dazai smirked, he loved how Verlaine is clueless, Dazai will be loving every single second of Verlaine's shock
"Well if you are so called Chuuya's 'brother', then that makes you my brother in law"
Verlaine was so not pleased with that shit, Dazai did not just say that? He knew what Dazai meant but refused to believe
"And exactly what's that supposed to mean?"
Dazai stretched, not caring rhat Verlaine now knows because of his pettiness
"You know exactly what rhat means, my very 'sweet' **brother-in-law**"
Verlaine wanted to strange Dazia right then and there, how dare Dazai marry his precious little brother
"Espèce de sale pervers! Comment oses-tu?!"(meaning: "You fucking pervert! How dare you?!")
Dazai smuggle smiled feeling like he had just defeated the strength enemy with barely a touch
"Japanese only"
Verlaine knowing thst if he continued isnukting in French, Dazia won't understand a word, so he neede dto speak Japanese to insult Dazai
"Im gonna kill you for that after the mission"
Dazai gasped dramatically as if he cared, he was only there to chase the drama and watch it unfold
"Kill me? Ouch, im so unwelcomed by my brother-in-law…but, if you kill me our children will be left without a second father"
That made Verlaine's bloof turn cols his hatred for Dazai spiked even further, they had fucking children…that could only mena one thing…they did the **deed**
"Children?! You disgusting pervert! What did you do to my poor brother? Did you force him? If I find out that he had been forced, I will kill you"
Dazai let out a sigh, brushing thr threat under the rug, he obviously didn't care
"My my, so dramatic, im not a pervert, Chuuya wanted that himself, and you wouldn't dare to kill one of the most important people in Chuuya’s life, same way you did the last time"
Dazai jsut threw that at Verlaine, with no sense of mercy or anything, Verlaine felt deep guilt and remorse over what he had done, ans what he had put Chuuya throught, hearing it once again, made him feel horrible once again
He hated every second of what he did, he regretted it, but regret won't bring The Flags back, the people Chuuya had trusted the most, Verlaien was doing that purely out of love, afterall he didn't know diffrent between love and control, he thought he was helping Chuuya, by killing The Flags, maybe Chuuya would have left the mafia, the danger, but Verlaine jsut made ir worse
Verlaine is not human, he knows that but why does every person he cares for he ends up hurting, Rimabaud, they were partners, hell Rimabud gave him a heartbeat, jsut to feel human, he still ended up shooting Arthur, just from an argument
Same thing happened with Chuuya, all he wnate dis to care for Chuuya to raise him fsr away from all of this, but ended up destroying Chuuya's teenages years, where he was supposed to be happy
"I was trying to protect him"
Dazai just nodded he knew that Verlaine said the truth, but its better to torment than to accept
"I see, but it still doesn't change that you did it, didn't it? So don't make the same mistake with me, okay?"
Verlaine wanted to call Dazai's words bullshit, but he knew that it was the truth he didn't want to see the same look of hatred and hurt on Chuuya's face
"Yes yes, whatever, don't think i suddenly started liking someone like you"
Dazai just chukled, he loved their beef, as much as he hated it, Dazia and Verlaine have both done horrible stuff to Chuuya but both of them want to protect Chuuya, its interesting
They both don't know how to love before hurting someone…
Thats the sad reality of what the cruel world filled wirh horrible humans can do, change concept of care and love, you only learn through what you see afterall
