Chapter Text
Daxton thought about what Maddox was about to say on his bus ride home.
He just put his headphones on and shut the boy, Luis, sitting next to him up.
He turned on a song called Boys Dont Cry- by The Cure, and one lyric stands out to him.
“I would tell you that i love you if i thought that you would stay.”
He realized something. Thats how he feels about Maddox.
He started thinking about all the homophobic people around him. He was fully aware he’s bisexual, and he accepted it until he realized he’s interested in Maddox.
“Ay Daxton, you gonna miss the bus stop.” Some kid, named Bentley he thought said, thinking he’s quirky.
“Shut up shortie.” That really shuts the twerp up.
He walks out of the bus and gets into his house.
“Daxton! I went through your room, and saw this journal of yours, care to explain?”
“What journal mom??” He said as he walked to where she was yelling from.
He saw the journal page that said ‘happy bisexual pride day!!’ On it.
“Uh. Bisexual. Do you want me to explain bisexuality or something?” He asked.
“No. No son of mine likes boys. Grounded.”
Daxton ran upstairs. “FINE!”
Daxton opened the door to his room and slammed it.
He grabbed his notebook and started writing.
“Dear Diary, I hate my life. I have a crush on the straightest boy in the world who has a girlfriend. My parents found out and now im killed.”
