The show hasn't given us that much detail about the non-Alice, non-Gemma characters so I can't say I feel super confident about their characterization in this...but I do at least feel like Niamh would be the one to do this and Siobhan would make fun of her for it, while secretly agreeing with her the whole time.
Also the screenshot of Gemma and Alice is meant to look low quality on purpose, that is my artistic license of how it'd look if someone took a pic of them with like 3.5x zoom on a normal phone camera lol
