Knowing that Willow’s a light sleeper, Michelle lowered her voice and said “You're a great actress, you know? I was almost fooled."
Lucy rolled her eyes, Right. "Yeah, whatever. A deal's a deal, and this helped me break off things with Max. I did love her, don't get me wrong. But I felt like after everything that happened, I had to stay with her, you get me?" she replied.
"I guess, although, what are you gonna do now that Max kicked you out?" Michelle tried to play the question off as curiosity, but it was from concern. Lucy’s like a sister to her, and she did her a big favour so, if she can help, she’ll do it.
Hearing the slight worry in her friend’s voice, and knowing Michelle wouldn’t admit she was actually worried, she said. "Don't worry about it."
Michelle can basically hear the smile Lucy is making right now, fuck, that’s kinda embarrassing. She felt her cheeks start blushing and quickly said "Alright, forget I asked then, see you." Michelle hung up. She put her phone in the nightstand, and laid back in Willow’s bed to cuddle her.
Lucy heard the call being hung up and laughed slightly. She closed Michelle’s contact and opened Daisy’s contact and typed.
Lucy: Me and Max broke up. 😉
Daisy: Finally 😚
