HENRY HART’S POV:
it was my first day at this random high school Ray decided to send me too. Damn you Ray I thought we were cool and I never wanted to come in the first place. I’m a new kid that means I’m the one people get to push around how horrible for me. I grip the paper in my hands and look at it. “Class 203 huh?”
I scoff out loud wondering why I have Math first. Plus math is the worst and I never study. I groan “Ughh,” I walk slowly staring at the map in my hands squinting my eyes. “This is so diffic-“ Suddenly I felt someone press against my front. Which meant someone ran into me. I fall over hitting my butt and dropping my papers. “THATS NOT COOL MAN!” I growl looking up. A boy around my age stood there, a worried looked on his face. He had curly chestnut brown hair with brown eyes like mine. His face looked kinda soft but his response was way different. “Ah dude I’m so fucking sorry!” The boy reached out his hand to help me up. I grab his hand. “It’s cool I guess…ASSHOLE!” I glare annoyed. The boy jumped a bit slightly at my aggressive response but it’s not my fault he ran into me. “Dude I said sorry plus I wasn’t paying attention.” The boy had a slightly disgusted look on his face. “Ya think?” I knew I was being rude but come on he ran into me? Then the boys face completely shifted disgusted to excited. Honestly it creeped me out a bit. I means what’s so exciting about me…except for how many girls I get but besides the point. “You’re the new student right?!” The boy squeaks out. “Yeah I’m Henry Hart.” The boy grabs my hand and drags me along with him while he rambles. “I’m Peter Parker, your tour guide. Honestly I’ll give you some tips. You seem like a loser like me. So you can hang out with me and my friend Ned! Also try to ignore flash he’s a dick.” I just stare in disbelief. Me? At the nerd table? I couldn’t imagine. “Woah woah dude. I’m not a loser I’m one of those…cool…kids,” Peter stops and stares at me looking at me like I’m a puzzle needing to be solved. “First, your wearing a shirt about frozen yogurt. Second, you have no friends right now. Third, yeah good luck trying to befriend the popular kids.” I roll my eyes “Yeah yeah. Just because your a geek doesn’t mean I need to be. Watch me work my MAGIC!” I say sarcastically and walk over to a group of kids that look like they shower in their daddy’s money. “Hey…can I hang out with you cool kids.” The group stares at me. “Fucking loser? Wearing poor clothes. No thanks!” My jaw drops. Is everyone that rude? The rest of the group starts to laugh. I feel my face turn red and run off. Great my first day ruined. Man maybe I should be friends with that Peter kid. Whatever.
So later at lunchtime. I grabbed an apple and sandwich. Just like any other school lunch. I look for a table to sit at. Then my eyes catch the brown chestnut hair and same baby face. Peter. Ugh that asshole. And his nerdy friend. What was his name? Nud? Wait no it was Ned. Lame name. I sigh and walk over. Peter notices me and gives me an awkward look and tenses up. Not like his earlier excitement. “Listen, I guess I didn’t mean what I said. I’ll stay and be your friend.” I cringe as I say that and walk overs I sit next to Peter and his fat friend Ned. “Hi Henry hart! I heard about you from Peter. What kind of stuff do you like? DO YOU LIKE STAR WARS.” I just blink then look away. “No, I do not like Star Wars…it’s too nerdy for me ugh.” Ned frowns but doesn’t say anything. I just shrug. "I like playing video games and... That's it I guess? Ned and Peter perk up slightly. Before Ned could say anything Peter interrupted. “What kind of games? Like action, role-play, etc.” I pause to think then slowly say. “I guess action games there’s not much plus I’m usually busy was school and stuff.” Peter’s eyes light up a bit. “yeah I get that a lot I’m always busy with cri- ahem! I meant cleaning my aunt’s house…” Ned stares at Peter like he’s stupid. Then Ned adds in, “Yeah every-time I come to his house it’s very clean!” Ned was sweating a little but I didn’t care that much. “So how is school so far for you?” Peter asks curiously. “Feels gooood,” I smirk and reply. Ned just chuckles and Peter looks off but doesn’t say anything. Now I suppose I’m stuck with these idiots for new friends just my luck.
