After Su Muqiu separated from Ye Xiu,(for lack of oxygen) his senses came crashing down. He was about to stand up, explain himself and demand an explanation in return(for Ye Xiu's leaving) when the door opened.
"Shameless brother, I've been waiting for half an hour downstairs - you said you'd get your eyes checked as soon as the party finished. But where were you?!Here doing -"
The Ye Qiu look alike sputtered, blushed red and turned around after looking at them for less than a second. Telling them that they'd better be decent when he came back.
Su Muqiu was full of questions. As he wriggled to get a better position in Ye Qiu's lap - Ye Qiu's wallet was poking him- he heard him let out a strangled groan. Muqiu immediately stopped moving.
"Stopp moving so much, Captain. You're making it harder for me."
"So you're really leaving? Without even telling me??Already calling me Captain,ah - did I agree to be your successor???"
Muqiu complained with all the grievance of a child that got its candy stolen.
"We're not even official yet and you're already nagging?" Ye Xiu said fondly as he rested his forehead against Muqiu’s.
"I - you!"
"Let me explain, hmm?" Ye Xiu said as he pecked Muqiu’s lips lightly.
"That was my idiot brother, he was here to make sure I really go to get my eyes checked. They suggested that I undergo laser correction to have it back to normal."
"Can't you just wear prescription glasses or contact lenses?"
That's what I said too, but my parents silver wedding anniversary was coming up and Qiu-di had this brilliant idea to book them a flight to Milan so he'll need someone to assist with the company matters. "
"How long will it be?You sounded as if you're retiring??Do you even know what to do???"
"I was trained to be an heir after all, Muqiu."
At the thought of the tedious work waiting for him, Ye Xiu's problem was resolved.
"And it's only for one year, you can get a championship without me - right?"
"You! - ugh, was he who you were talking to on the phone?"
Muqiu was still hesitant about this, though he realized his feelings earlier - he'll never settle for being second. If Ye Qiu's taken then...wait he called his brother "Qiu-di"???
"Who are you, really?"Muqiu asked a little suspiciously, squinting his eyes at him.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Ye Xiu - twin of Ye Qiu and runaway heir to the Ye Corporation."
Ye Xiu said cheekily, and for good measure - silenced Muqiu with a kiss.

'Shameless brother, he probably forgot about me -well, he got his stupid lover so I guess it's understandable...'
'I can't believe his plan actually worked, that devious guy...'
Ye Qiu left and just messaged Ye Xiu his appointment details.
