Chapter Text
None of the souls had realized their mistake in time because peace and happiness had blinded them. Now anguish and despair struck mercilessly those who over the years learned to live in silence.
The painful reminder of their curse burned every trace of joy in their memories.
—I must get this over with...— he muttered to himself. —But I don't know how or where to start.—
The pain in his chest said; "I do not know either."
The young man observed the night sky meeting the huge and beautiful moon. He had cried so much and his eyes were so irritated that the soft light of the star hurt him.
—Love. —
A sweet voice called out to him from within and as he turned he found those stormy eyes staring at him.
—It's late and it's a bit cold, you'd better go inside. —
The taller one obeyed and approached, but instead of wrapping his arms around him and kissing him as usual, he walked by without saying a word.
He could hear a ragged sigh come from his lover, and the pain in his chest intensified.
They were all broken now and he clearly wanted to put the pieces together, but he had to find a way not to include himself this time.
Because a life without him would be so much better.
