Chapter 4: Too Cute for the Staff

Summary:

Shinsou is adorable, the teachers can't handle it, and something goes wrong. (I mean, c'mon, it's UA. Something is always going to go wrong.)

Notes:

This is your break until I post the angst of the main story!

Enjoy it while you still can!

Chapter Text

It had been an unplanned situation. It was supposed to be a free weekend for Shouta and Hizashi. They were going to visit the aquarium and then for sushi with Hitoshi as he told them about his week at the academy. Instead, a problem with the new dormitory system had occurred, and the two teachers had been called over to UA to help.

Now, there was nothing wrong with that. When Nezu brought the idea of a dormitory to the staff, they all knew there would be problems. Some they could deal with them with some foresight, but others would be unexpected. Like, oh, I don't know, a student pranking their dormitory and releasing a demonic Imp that is now loose on the school. You know, teenager stuff. And so, on this beautiful Saturday, the small family had to stop by the school. The two teachers didn't have a babysitter, so they had to take Hitoshi with them.

"We are really sorry, Hitoshi," Yamada apologized once more.

"It's okay," the merboy assured his papa with a small smile.

"You are such a good son!" he coos, embarrassing the boy and making him cover his face with his toy. It was a plushie that Shouta had won him in a claw machine. Hitoshi went everywhere with it. It probably didn't help that it was a cat. As it made Hitoshi cuter whenever he hid his face in it.

"Now, remember, you are going to stay in the staff room with Majima," Aizawa tells him as he fusses over him, making sure he has everything he could need in his backpack. "Do you remember him? From the day we rescued you?" Shinsou stares at the teacher next to them and checks him out before nodding.

"We won't take long," Hizashi screams as they leave.

Shinsou stares at the door without blinking. It still amazed him how much freedom the two gave him. The only two rules were to stay in the staff room and don't be without an adult. And that was only for today. Shinsou didn't know if it was responsible or not, but he liked it. He liked Shouta and Hizashi. They were good dads. Why did they want him?

"So....." a sound came from behind him, where the redhead teacher was. "Do you want to do something?" he asks awkwardly.

Shinsou shrugs and keeps Mr Fuzzy next to him. He doesn't want to bother Majima-san.

"Oh-okay," Majima says to himself, cursing the moment he told Aizawa he didn't have a lot of work. He might be a teacher, but that didn't mean he was good with kids. He worked with teenagers for a reason. Phones, memes and trouble were enough for him. What was he supposed to do with a kid?

"Internet!" he suddenly exclaims as an idea pops up in his head. The loud sound makes Shinsou jump a little, but the magic user doesn't seem to notice. "We have internet. Do you want to use the computer? I can put a video or something,"

"Okay," Shinsou says and follows the man to a computer.

Majima turns on the device as Hitoshi climbs up the rolling chair. Once he is comfortable, he places the toy in his lap, as if it was sitting and watching with him, and then looks back at Majima. "So, what would you like to see?"

"Um, can I... see... cat videos?" he asks timidly, hiding half of his face with the stuffed toy.

'So Cute!'

"Sure," Majima says and starts setting everything up. Once Shinsou is entertained, he goes back to his desk and picks up a stack of papers. He doesn't have anything urgent, but he could use this time to get a few steps ahead. Shinsou seemed like a quiet kid.

Of course, that was easier said than done. Shinsou was really distracting. Every time he saw something funny, he would giggle in such innocent happiness that he couldn't help to stop and watch him. And when he got caught, he would cover himself with the toy in embarrassment but still have that cute dimpled grin and swing his legs on the chair that was too big for him.

'No wonder Aizawa and Yamada are always handing their stuff late. Their son is too adorable,'  the redhead thinks to himself as he tries not to smile at the happy kid. He was glad to see him like this. He had been there when they took him out of that pool. And although there were still traces of it, he looked like a completely different kid now. Yamada and Aizawa were doing a good job.

The two stay there for a few minutes without any interruption until they hear someone come in. Shinsou looks to the door, excitement and hope shining in his eyes, but he turns back with a pout when he sees it's not Yamada or Aizawa. Instead, Ectoplasm comes into the stuff room.

"Oh, Majima, you are here? I thought you were at the lab," he says when he sees the teacher.

"Why?"

"I heard someone was in there, so I just assumed-"

"The lab is supposed to be locked!" the redhead interrupts the other teacher.

In that instant, Majima comes to a horrible conclusion. So horrible that he stands up as if his ass was caught on fire, and he starts heading to the lab without missing a beat. However, he does pause at the door to explain a little to Ectoplasm. "Listen, the Imp that got loose on the school can't get to my stuff! A lot of things explode in there! I have the only key, so stay with Shinsou, and I'll come back in a second,"

"Wait! What?" Ectoplasm exclaims, just noticing the tiny child watching cat videos. "No! Majima! Come back!" he shouts after the teacher, but it's to no use.

With extreme caution, the math teacher moves close to Shinsou. "Hello... child," he says, getting the purple head's attention. "I'm Ectoplasm-sensei. Majima-san needed to take care of something important, but don't worry, he'll be back in a bit," he tells the kid, his posture as stiff as a rock.

Shinsou just blinks twice before answering. "Okay," he says shyly, hiding his face in his toy. He had been so caught up with the videos, he hadn't noticed the other adult left. He was so embarrassed.

Unfortunately, Ectoplasm didn't take Shinsou's reaction as embarrassment. He knew he was scary. He had made many kids cry with his face. It was why he became a high school teacher after his accident. Teens might be afraid for a while, but they get over it after the first two weeks. Kids, however, would always run in fear. Which was such a pity because he loved kids.

And now he had scared this one. He was a failure. A horrible teacher and being that scared off such a cute kid.

He was so lost in his inner turmoil, he didn't notice said kid getting off his chair. Shinsou, with all the determination of a seven-year-old, went to his backpack and started looking for something inside it. Once he found it, he struggled to open it for a few seconds before deciding to get help from the teacher.  Ectoplasm wasn't startled when he felt something tug on his clothes. He was, however, surprised that the kid had done it. Wasn't he scared?

"Umm... Help?" he asks, raising a jelly pouch over his head.

'So Cute!'

He helps him just as he asked, punching the hole in the pouch and giving it back to him. The kid thanks him and sits on his chair. It's a simple gesture, but it fills Ectoplasm heart. He wasn't afraid of him; he asked for his help and didn't scream as if he saw a monster. Ectoplasm could cry at the moment.  Then, from the corner of his eye, he sees the kid with purple hair stop slurping on his snack, and he witnesses the cutest thing ever. The kid, who he thinks Majima called Shinsou, takes his stuffed cat toy and places the straw of the snack on its mouth as if he is feeding the toy.

But, Shinsou notices he is being watched. "He was hungry..." he explains, shyly looking away and slurping again. His face turns red and he tries to hide it behind the toy.

'ADORABLE!'

"So, Shinsou, how did you end up here?" he asks him.

"My dads brought me here," he answers.

Ectoplasm is about to ask him who his dads were when somebody else comes into the staff room. Thirteen, in their big suit, step in and wave hello at their co-worker.

"You got called in too?" Ectoplasm asks them as they leave their stuff on their desk.

"Yeah, whoever summoned that Imp knew what they were doing," They answer and come closer to the math teacher. That is when Thirteen notices the kid. "Oh, hi! Who are you?" they ask the child before turning to Ectoplasm. "What is a child doing here?"

"I'm Hitoshi Shinsou," he introduces himself and then keeps slurping his jelly.

"I don't know. Majima told me to take care of him," Ectoplasm tells the other teacher. "He says his dads brought him here,"

Thirteen is about to ask who his dads were, but before they can, the lights go out, and a laugh echoes through the room. The two teachers look around, already figuring out what had caused it, and then turn back to the kid as they hear a whimper. Shinsou is clutching his toy and shaking on the chair. He probably doesn't like the dark, like any other kid.

"Take Shinsou to the Infirmary," Ectoplasm says to Thirteen. "Leave him with Recovery Girl and come back; we'll deal with the Imp together," Thirteen nods.

"Alright, try to contain it here until I come back," Thirteen says and goes to Shinsou's side. "Hey, buddy! Listen, we have to go somewhere else-"

"No!" Shinsou interrupts, holding his toy tighter. "Mr Aizawa and Mr Yamada said not to leave. I can't go against the rules," the kid says, shaking his head.

'Aizawa and Yamada? Is that why they had been so chipper lately?'  Thirteen can't help but remember how much Aizawa has been smiling at his phone lately.

"But Shinsou, it's not safe here-" Ectoplasm tries to convince him, but Shinsou just shakes his head again and crosses his arms. However, he does notice how his eyes turn misty and that he starts to shake more.

'What kid is more afraid of their parents than staying in a room with an Imp?' Ectoplasm asks himself, but he knows the answer. He doubts that his co-workers are like that, but he'll ask anyway, just in case.

"Well... Aizawa and Yamada probably told you that because they thought this place was safe," Thirteen reasons with the kid. "But now that the room isn't safe anymore, you need to stay somewhere else. Aizawa and Yamada won't get mad," Thirteen offers their hand after, and the kid looks pensive for a bit before taking it.

The two leave via Thirteen making a breach through the wall. Shinsou looked at it untrusting, but the two teachers let him take his time. Before he stepped through it, though, he turned to wave to Ectoplasm, bag and toy in hand.

'Aizawa and Yamada have the cutest child ever!'  he thinks to himself before sending a message to the teachers' chat, requesting backup for the Imp.

"We could be at the Aquarium right about now," Hizashi complained for the fourteenth time as he and his husband made their way through the school.

"I know," Aizawa grumbled.

"And Shinsou would love the Aquarium, Shou,"

"I know," he grumbled again.

The blonde is about to say something more when the two hear something explode. The two teachers ran towards the noise and found black ashy smoke coming out of the school's lab, with the door knocked out. Then, coughing can be heard, putting the two on edge. Luckily, it was only Majima, their co-worker, stepping out of the smoky room.

Unluckily, it took them two seconds to remember with who they had left their son.

"HITOSHI!" the banshee screams and runs into the lab in a panic.

"Why did you leave the lounge!? Where is Hitoshi!?" Aizawa asks as he grabs his co-worker by the shoulders.

"Calm down, for the love of God. Your son is fine," Majima reassures them, still coughing and trying to shake the over-protective parent off. "The Imp got to the lab, so I left Hitoshi in the Teachers lounge with Ectoplasm," he explains, and Aizawa unhands him with a sigh.

Hizashi comes out of the still fuming room, and Aizawa repeats what Majima said to calm him down. The radio host sighs in relief, but that doesn't last long. At that moment, the three teachers all heard their phones receive a notification. And once they read it, the screaming came back. Hizashi ran towards the Teachers' lounge, screaming for his son. Aizawa followed after him, but not before giving Majima a glare that promised horrible things for him. And Majima just stared, frozen in place, at his phone as he re-read the message over and over.

Ectoplasm

The Imp is at the Teachers Lounge.

Come quick.

Aizawa and Yamada were going to kill him.

Once they left the Teachers' lounge, Thirteen tried to take Shinsou to the Infirmary. Recovery Girl would keep the child safe for now, and once the problem was dealt with, he could go back to Yamada and Aizawa. It was weird to think of them as parents but also fitting in a way.  But when the two reached the Infirmary, they only found more chaos. Recovery Girl was fighting against multiple Imps, smacking them with a broom as they jumped around the shelves and cabinets filled with medicine. She had also put a barrier on the door to trap them there. Thirteen felt sorry for the creatures. They were locked there with an angry Recovery Girl, a sight everyone at UA feared.

Thirteen decided to leave the nurse alone. There was no need to bother her and/or make her angrier. The trip had been insightful, though. They believed it was one powerful Imp causing all the trouble. But the big one was only a distraction. Multiple Imps were running around UA. While it ran around, leading the teachers on a wild goose chase, the rest of the creatures wrecked chaos.

That solved one problem. But now Thirteen had another. Who could they leave Shinsou with? If more than one creature was in the school, leaving the kid alone wasn't an option. So, who could look after him while they dealt with these? The best option would be his parents, Aizawa and Yamada. Now that they knew what the problem was, they didn't need that much power. The couple could probably be released off duty to spend time with their son.

"Hey, Thirteen! You got called in too?" a familiar voice asks, as it looks like the solution to their problems finally arrived.

"Kayama! I'm so glad you are here!" Thirteen greets their co-worker.

"Hi, Nemuri-san," Shinsou also chimes in, waving with one hand and not letting go of Thirteens.

"Hey Shinsou," she says, kneeling down to his level and messing with his hair. "How are you? I see you met UA. What do you think? Do you like your dads' school?" she asks him.

The kid nods, looking much calmer than he did before. It doesn't surprise Thirteen that Kayama knows Yamada's and Aizawa's kid. The three had been friends forever, and they had a deep shared history. Shinsou must see her as an adult he can trust, or at least, his parents' trust.

"Kayama, do you think you could take Shinsou with you? I know how to deal with the Imp problem, but I don't want to put him in harm's way," Thirteen explains.

"I don't think I can," the other teacher says. "With my sleep sand, we can deal with the little menaces faster," she tells them, making them sigh. Kayama was right. Her powers as a Sandwoman would be the most useful.

"But... I think I know somebody that can," she said and started going back the way she came from. Thirteen and Shinsou followed her until they reached the principal's office. Kayama knocked twice and went in without waiting for a response.

"Miss Kayama, back already?" the small principal asks as they get in. "Oh, Hello Thirteen, thanks for coming to our aid on such short notice," he greets them. "And who might this be?" his eyes land on the small child with a plushie and a backpack, hiding behind Kayama's legs.

"This is Shinsou Hitoshi, Aizawa's and Yamada's son," Midnight explains. "He needs a place to stay while we deal with the Imps. And if I remember correctly, you mentioned how you needed to stay in here keeping all the files safe. It will be the perfect place for Lil Shinsou," she smirks at the small rat creature while he takes a long sip of his tea.

"That sounds fantastic!" he exclaims as he gets out of his chair and starts getting the two teachers out the door. He then turns to look at his new guest, and the kid jumps a little. "Hello! I am Principal Nezu!" he introduces himself. "Do not be panicked by my appearance! I might be a mouse! Or a bear! Or a dog! But that doesn't matter because I'm adorable!"

"I'm... Shinsou," the child says nervously, and a little confused. Hitoshi had heard about the principal from Shouta and Hizashi. He also knew that the principal of a school was the boss, and they could fire teachers. If he messed it up, if he made Mr Nezu angry, he would take it out on his parents. Shinsou didn't want that.

What if they got fired? They wouldn't be able to take care of him and have to return him. They would hate him. What if he told Nezu something they didn't want him to know? What if-

"That is a lovely necklace!" the voice of the principal exclaims, snapping him out of his thoughts.

"Umm... Thank you," Shinsou responds, holding his things tighter.

"Where did you get it from?"

"My cats... gave it to me,"

"Mmm, I see..." he hums. Shinsou already ruined it. Was it the cats? The necklace? "You should keep it close to you. In all the legends I know, only the goodest of kids get gifts," Nezu says, surprising Shinsou. "And if you have it now, it must mean you are one of the best!" he hops as he finishes his exclamation, making the kid crack a smile and an embarrassed blush.

'What a cute kid! And lucky too!'

From then on, the minutes pass by quietly. Nezu is at his desk all the time, moving through papers and answering calls from angry parents. And one apologetic phone call from Endeavour about his eldest behaviour. Meanwhile, Shinsou stays on a couch on the side of the room, drawing with the markers Hizashi got him. It seems like the arrangement will work until Shinsou's tummy grumbles. He ignores it. It wouldn't be the first time he goes hungry for a few hours. Aizawa and Yamada were the pair that had most fed him recently, so he can't complain. But Nezu notices.

"Are you hungry? You must be! You have been here all morning!" the principal says, standing up on his desk and offering a smile.

"It's okay. I have something to eat," Shinsou quickly answers and takes out the granola bar Hizashi had packed for him. He doesn't want to bother the principal.

"But that doesn't seem like a very fulfilling meal. It's lunchtime already. You should eat something!" Nezu says and climbs down his desk.

Thirteen and Nemuri can hear the screams even before they get close to the teachers' lounge. At first, they thought maybe the Imps were attacking. But they were all knocked down on the floor when they arrived. The reason for the screaming was a panicked Yamada that couldn't get out of the room because of Ectoplasm's spell and was crying desperately for his son. On the corner of the room, Aizawa was glaring daggers at Ectoplasm, who looked like he would want to be anywhere but there.

What had he said to make Aizawa so mad at him?

Once they put the barrier down, Mic shot off to continue his Mama-bear search. Only to be stopped by Kayama. "I don't think so, Alarm clock. We need you and Aizawa to catch all these Imps," she tells him, holding him by the collar of his shirt.

"We need to go look for our son!" Aizawa says, surprisingly.

"Shinsou is fine," Thirteen interrupts, and both parents eyes fall on them. "We left him with Nezu in his office. It's the safest room in all the school,"

"He is going to be traumatized with Tea!" Yamada screams, still trying to get out of Nemuri's hold.

"The sooner we deal with the Imps, the faster you can go home with Shinsou. The Commission already called Nezu about the incident. UA is in hot water right now," she explains, finally making the other stop squirming.

"Fine," the two parents sigh at the same time. The two did not calm down thought. They were still tense. But luckily, letting them go all out on a bunch of Imps would improve their mood.

Hopefully...

"Do you want more fish tacos?" Ryou asked the little purple head boy when he noticed him staring at the plate. The kid, Shinsou, nods, making the familiar scarf around him shake a little. It was an adorable sight. Especially; because the scarf was too big for him. It was so cute he could scream.

Ryou hadn't known what to think when he saw Principal Nezu come into the cafeteria with a kid. The poor child smelled of nerves and fish. He looked scared, and he clutched a stuffed cat toy with one hand and the principals' tail with the other. That part was a little cute, at least. It became even cuter, however, when the kid, to calm himself provably, wrapped the white scarf around his neck.

Nezu explained that he was Aizawa's no duh and Yamada's kid and that they were keeping him out of danger until the Imps were gone. The two teachers had been there a few minutes ago, he told the principal. The two, along with Thirteen and Midnight, had cleared the entire cafeteria. He stayed to keep watch on the stored food and make sure no other Imp got in. He shouldn't have said that as the principal then left the kid with him. He understood why, as much as Nezu would have loved to play babysitter, the Commission and all the parents must be on his ass about the Imp situation. Ryou had been charged with finding the culprit, but he had been unsuccessful. Nobody had seen the Todoroki kid since that morning, not even his sister. He was probably hiding.

"Atchoo," the kid suddenly sneezes, making all but one thought leave his head.

'He sneezes like a little kitten! Can this kid get any cuter!?'

Honestly, how had Yamada and Aizawa end up with a kid? The two had the worst sleeping schedule he had ever seen. And an obsession with cats that was borderline unhealthy. And no, his judgement was not biased because he was a dog-type Yokai. Not to mention their horrible fashion sense. And he had one time heard Yamada say that he got a 'vibe check from God' after being run over by a car.

"Umm... Mr Ryou," the kid calls his attention. "I- is the- there a tub-b near?" he asks.

"Why do you need a tub?" did he want to take a bath?

"Umm, I- I'm a-a mer-mermaid," It's not a bad thing. It'snotabadthing.Rememberwhatdadsaid. "And my- my mer-mermaid te-teacher told me to swim after I e-eat," she said he had to do it if he could, which meant he had to. He wanted to be good at being a mermaid. And if Saiko was right, he was already failing. He didn't want to fail. Hizashi and Shouta were constantly reminding him that it wasn't bad to be a mermaid. He wanted to make them proud.

"Oh, I see," the teacher says. "We have a pool and a tank, though. Wouldn't one of those be better than a tub to swim?" he asks.

"Tank, please!" Shinsou is quick to answer. Pools still freaked him out. What if he got trapped again? Aizawa and Yamada wouldn't come this time. He would be there forever. In the dark. Alone. Without water. Without food. Without talking.

As he freaks out, Mr Ryou keeps talking. "Okay, we can go to the tank. I just need to find- Hey! Vlad! Just in time! Hey, kid. Hey," the teacher snaps Shinsou out of a spiral, and suddenly another man is there with them. He is tall and muscular like Mr Ryou, but this one has white hair.

"This is Sen. He is another teacher, like your parents and me," Mr Ryou introduces him, and Shinsou waves with a small 'Hi'. "This is Shinsou, Aizawa's and Yamada's kid. He is a mermaid and needs water, and I can't leave my post. Do you think you can take him to the gym's tank?" the teacher explains.

"Sure, I heard they already cleared it," the new teacher, Sen, said. "Do you have a swimsuit or something with you?" he asks the kid, and Shinsou nods as he grabs his backpack. "Okay, then, let's go," he offers his hand, and the kid takes it.

"Bye, Mr Ryou," Shinsou waves at the dog teacher before they round the corner out of the cafeteria.

They walked in silence for a few minutes until they reached the lockers. Mr Sen, or Vlad, as he asks him to call him, asks if he needs help. Shinsou doesn't. He knows how to put on his own clothes. He has done it for a long time. He sometimes lets his new parents do it, but only because he can see how much they enjoy it. And sometimes it's hard to dress with the tail.

Vlad still stays close, just in case, and waits for him without looking. Once he is done, they go through another set of doors. These lead to a spacious room with lots of gym mats and metal bars; and a giant tube of water at the end. The tank is made of glass, so you can see inside of it. And it doesn't have a lid, just some stairs and a platform.

Shinsou won't be trapped inside.

It makes him breathe easier.

Vlad again asks if he needs help to get to the top, but Shinsou refuses. The ladder is thin and big, so it might be complicated. But he was a good mermaid, and he could get into a tank on his own. It takes him a while to get there. But he does it; he reaches the top. He will have to tell his dads later. He then sits on the corner of the tank and lets himself fall into the water, just like Mrs Oracle taught him. He feels the water surrounding him, and he gets happy. His legs disappear, turning into a blue tail, along with the shorts. Shinsou had never had special swimsuits for his mermaid transformation. But Mrs Oracle said they were necessary, and so Shouta and Hizashi bought him a pair.

Shinsou is so out of it swimming around in the water that he fails to notice he is being recorded. In Vlad's defence, the kid was too cute; he couldn't help himself. He had started recording as the kid went up the stairs, and now he was recording him swimming to his heart content. How had Aizawa and Yamada ended up with such a cute kid? They literally were a disaster. The one time Vlad had actually tasted their blood, it tasted like caffeine.

He ends the video and sends the two recordings to their chat without Aizawa or Yamada. He had heard the desperate screams of Yamada on the hallways. If he saw the video, he would leave everything and come here yelling. And God help him if Aizawa saw it. He knew what that man was capable of when angry. And if the hole on one of the classroom tables was any indication, he was not in a good mood. They had to focus; Vlad could share the videos with them later.

"HITOSHI!" Hizashi screamed as he burst into Nezu's office, Aizawa behind him.

When they had finally dealt with the Imp infestation, the two parents had run like crazy to said office. They hadn't seen Hitoshi all day, and he had been passed around from person to person like a puppy. Shinsou was still nervous around them, and he was probably less comfortable with all these new people. Majima had been a safe bet at first because he had already met Shinsou.

This was supposed to be a family day. One day they could spend with their son together as a family. Instead, they had to deal with a prank gone wrong and not being able to see their son all day. It had been a bad and stressful day, and the spouses just wanted to see that their boy was okay and go home to their cats. Which was a harder feat than it sounded because, when they went into the principal's office, Shinsou wasn't there.

"Hello, Aizawa, Yamada. What a nice surprise!" Nezu greets them as he checks his phone. "Has the Imp plague been dealt with?"

"Where's Shinsou? Nemuri said she left him here with you," Aizawa says, trying to keep his voice as professional as he can in front of Nezu.

"Yes, he was here... He's not anymore, though," the little mouse/rat/bear bastard says.

"WE CAN FUCKING SEE THAT!" Hizashi snaps.

"No need to be so dramatic, Yamada," the principal tsks. "I will take you to him. Follow me!"

Nezu steers them out of his office and walks them through the hallways. Yamada would say he is going exceptionally slow. But he knows that if he mentions it, the bastard would only go slower. Nezu lived for chaos sometimes. He takes them to the teacher's lounge, where they finally see Shinsou... surrounded by all their colleagues.

The little guy was sleeping in his purple sleeping bag on one of the office's chairs. He was small enough to fit in the seat comfortably. He had his backpack with him, and Aizawa's scarf was wrapped around him, making him look like a sushi roll. The other teachers cooed and awed at him, snapping pictures whenever they could. Nemuri was the exception, but she was instead showing all the pictures she had of him that Hizashi had shared with her.

"I want to go hug him so bad, but I don't want to wake him up," Yamada says.

"He can sleep in the car," Aizawa tells him and moves to grab his son.

When he picks up his Shinsou-roll, the kid wiggles a little before opening his eyes. "Hi, dad," he yawns. "I had fun today," he smiles, making Aizawa smile, a rare sight in that room.

"Good. You can keep napping if you want. We are just going home," he tells his son, ignoring the phones pointed at him. Shinsou only nods before he closes his eyes again and dozes off again. Another round of 'Awww' follows it. Aizawa just ignores it, like everything else, and keeps on his way out of the office. Hizashi follows close behind, after giving Shinsou a kiss on the forehead.

"You were right; he does look like a tiny purple Aizawa," they hear behind them before closing the door.

Notes:

I can imagine that after that, Shinsou gets presents from all the teachers of UA on his birthday and Christmas. I might do a one-shot about the teachers fighting over who is the best choice for a godfather/godmother/godparent for Shinsou based on a How I Met you Mother episode.

Hope you enjoyed it!

Notes:

These are all going to be one-shots! And while you can read it as a stand-alone, If you want to know more, read Let me Protect You!

After 20 chapters and 20 different pages of lore planning, it took writing this piece of fluff ball to realize I wasted an opportunity not making Aizawa a gorgon. I am so stupid, for not doing it! And it's so obvious!

Hope you enjoy!!!
