Chapter Text
“He has to know! I know he knows, there’s no other explanation. We need to go confess and apologize to him or else things will be so much worst for us.” Rapidly mumbled Yoongi as he began having a mini panic attack.
“Relax hyung, don’t get ahead of yourself. He probably doesn’t know. You’re just projecting your anxiety into something that it’s not.” Tried to calm Jimin. “He’s probably still upset because Tae didn’t set the table, that’s all, so there’s no reason for us to go marching in there and out ourselves.”
Yoongi didn’t look convinced, he only looked down at his untouched food with a look of fear.
“Let’s not worry about it too much, Jimin’s probably right. Let’s just finish eating. I’ll go check on hyung once we’re done.” Reassured Hoseok.
The others nodded and began eating, but Jungkook looked over at Yoongi and leaned in to whisper in his ear.
“Do you really think he knows? Are we gonna get in trouble?”
Yoongi looked up and saw the terrified expression on Jungkook’s face. The rapper instantly felt guilty, he didn’t want to ruined the maknae’s appetite by scaring him. Therefore, he did the only thing he could do, he comfortingly squeezed the youngest’s shoulder and tried his best to give him a reassuring smile.
“I’m sure it’s all in my head. Jimin is right, I’m just projecting my anxieties. Let’s just eat.” Said Yoongi, hoping it would calm the youngest, although he himself didn’t believe it.
It just didn’t add up, why would Jin still be mad about Tae not setting the table if Taehyung had already been punished? Once punished everything is forgiven and forgotten, so it didn’t make sense to Yoongi. Why would Jin still be angry if everything was forgiven?
And now that he thought about it, Jin didn’t seem to be mad at one specific person, he seemed to be mad at all of them.
He had been glaring at everybody before he left and he even gave Hoseok an annoyed look when the dancer had asked the eldest if he was okay. The eldest did his best to hide it with a smile, but Yoongi still saw it. There was definitely something wrong.
The others continued to eat silently, while Yoongi picked at his food. Something didn’t feel right and suddenly he felt sick to his stomach.
Once dinner was done, Taehyung cleared the table and washed the dishes while Hoseok and Jimin wrapped the left over food and put it away, but only after first preparing a plate for Jin and putting it in the oven to stay warm.
Yoongi looked around to make sure no one was watching him before be snuck off into the hallway and quickly made his way to his bedroom.
When he got to his bedroom he slowly opened the door and walked in.
The rapper stood in the doorway for a second as he watched Jin laying on his bed while scrolling on his phone. The eldest had a blank expression on his face which made Yoongi very nervous. This wasn’t an ordinary blank face, it was the kind that held many emotions.
“Hyung?” He croaked as he slowly approached Jin’s bed.
The eldest looked up from his phone and glanced at Yoongi.
“Hyung, I need to tell—”
“Eh!” Interrupt Jin as he held up his finger to make Yoongi be quiet.
“I don’t want to hear another word from you.” He said in a very scary and calm voice.
Yoongi visually flinched at the words as he gave his hyung a pleading look.
“But, hyung—”
“No buts Yoongi-yah, you need to turn around and leave.” Countered the eldest as he pointed towards the door.
“But, hyung—”
“What did I just say?!” Growled Jin in a very stern voice.
Yoongi flinched again and gave his hyung sad puppy dog eyes as his lower lip began to quiver.
The rapper didn’t like this, Jin was never so mean to him. He was usually always willing to hear him out when he wanted to talk, but this time Jin wasn’t even willing to give him the time of day.
The singer didn’t even looked fazed by Yoongi’s trembling lip, he didn’t even seem worried about the devastated look in Yoongi’s eyes or his hunched shoulders. The singer just gave the rapper a harsh glare.
“Hyungie—” Tried again Yoongi in a small voice.
“Yoongi-yah! If I have to drag you out of this room myself things will be so much worst for you. Is that what you want?”
The rapper quickly shook his head and took a cautious step back, away from Jin’s reach.
“I’m sorry.” Whimpered the rapper, he didn’t know what else to say.
Jin just rolled his eyes and ignored Yoongi’s comment. “I don’t want to hear it. What I want is for you to leave.”
Yoongi could feel tears filling his eyes, but he quickly blinked them away.
The rapper looked over at the door than back at Jin. He didn't want to leave his hyung alone, but he was also scared to find out what would happen if he stayed.
He hesitated for one more minute before reluctantly making his way back to the door.
“Are you guys done eating?” Called Jin before Yoongi could leave the room.
The rapper paused his movement and turned around with a confused look. “Yeah.” He said just above a whisper.
“Good, I want you and the others to go sit in the living room and wait for me. Is that understood?”
“W-Why?” Anxiously asked Yoongi.
“Because I said so!” Angrily shot back Jin. “Now go! I’ll be out in a few minutes.”
Yoongi looked like he wanted to protest but he hesitatingly turned back around and left the room.
Jin sighed heavily and closed his eyes as he sunk further into his bed. He was grateful Yoongi had listened because he was in no condition to punish him at this moment.
Jin had promised himself to never punished his dongsaengs while angry, and he was extremely furious right now. That was the main reason he left the kitchen and came to his room, that way he could be away from the rest of the members.
Just looking at them filled Jin with so much furry that it made him feel sick. He needed to remove himself from their presence before he did something he would regret.
Of course the eldest knew they had to be punished for what they did, but he needed to calm himself first. He needed to have a clear and levelheaded mind as well as a good hold on the present or else he could risk hurting them and he would never be able to forgive himself if he went too far and got them hurt. No matter how angry we was, their well-being was always his priority.
After what felt like hours, Jin finally swung his legs over the bed and stood up. He walked out of his bedroom and made his way to the living room.
He stopped in the kitchen and took a few deep breaths to make sure he was truly calm before walking into the next room.
When he walked in he found all his dongsaengs sitting on the couches, watching tv.
As soon as they noticed Jin, the tv was immediately switched off and they all looked up to stare at the singer with wide curious yet scared eyes.
The eldest was walking with his hands clasped behind his back as he gave each of his members a firm look.
He walked over to the coffee table in the center of the room and pulled out Hoseok’s notebook from behind his back. The eldest singer slammed it on the coffee table, making everyone flinch and gasp.
“What is this?” Calmly asked Jin as he pointed down at the notebook.
The six younger members all gaped at each other, but none of them made a sound.
“What is this?” Repeated Jin in sterner voice.
J-Hope looked over at the other members as tears filled his eyes.
The dancer had completely forgotten all about his notebook, he had been too distracted with the food to even noticed that it had been missing. But if Jin had his notebook then it meant that he definitely knew what was going on and now they were all in huge trouble.
“I-I-It’s m-my notebook.” Answered Hoseok in a shaky voice as the tears began sliding down his face.
“Correct.” Huffed Jin as he opened the notebook to the page with all the rules.
“And what is the meaning of this?” He further questioned.
The rest of the members instantly turned three shades whiter making them all look sickly pale.
“Anyone?” Encouraged Jin as he gave each member a pointed look, but they all kept their lips sealed.
“No one? Okay, well how about this then?” Jin turned to the page with the chart that had all of the players names. “What is this?” He repeated.
All the members had mortified looks on their face as they intensely stared at Jin as if they expected him to pounce on them at any second.
“Why so quiet?” Sarcastically said Jin as he narrowed his eyes into a glare. “Now all of the a sudden no one has anything to say.”
There was a moment of silence as Jin stared at each male with a look of anger.
“Jimin?” Said Jin as an invitation for the younger member to talk, but the eldest maknae stayed silent.
“Maybe Namjoon then?”
The leader quickly looked down at his lap and avoided eye contact.
Seokjin sighed as he sat on the coffee table and lifted the notebook into his lap.
He cleared his throat and began reading the words on the page.
“Yoongi, challenged number 2 and 1… challenge successful… 3 bonus lives earned.” The eldest paused and turned the page to where all the challenges were listed and began reading again.
“Challenge number 1… direct and intentional disobedience… challenge number 2… cursing in general/ cursing directly at hyung.” Jin looked up and glared at his eldest dongsaeng. “Does that ring a bell to you?”
Yoongi had the decency to look ashamed. However, he resisted the urge to look down at his feet and did his best to maintain his hyung’s eye contact, to show Jin that he was listening.
The eldest just made a disappointed face and moved his attention from Yoongi to the soulmates.
“Taehyung, Jimin… challenged number 5…Challenge successful… 1 bonus life earned, each.” Jin turned the page again and began reading the words from there. “Challenge number 5…team challenge… arguing and fighting.”
Jin looked around the room eyeing all the members before closing the notebook and sitting up straight.
“You know all of these “challenges” seems so familiar to me, almost as if I’ve seen them all before.” Sarcastically hummed Jin as he pretended to concentrate hard while he thought. “Does anyone have any idea why?”
The tension in the room was so dense it could be cut with a knife. Hoseok and Jimin were silently crying, Taehyung had tears in his eyes but he was trying to hold them in, Jungkook looked like he had seen a ghost, and Namjoon had an unreadable expression on his face.
Yoongi felt so guilty, this was all his fault. None of his dongsaengs would be in this mess if it wasn’t for him. He looked around the room before slowly bringing his attention back to the eldest.
“Hyung, I can explain.” Spoke Yoongi, just barley audible in his own ears, but luckily Jin seemed to hear him fine.
“Please do Yoongi-yah, I would love to hear this.” Replied the singer in a bitter tone.
Yoongi winced, but he pushed his fears down as he cleared his throat.
“It was just supposed to be a friendly competition.” He croaked.
“Friendly?! And what part of it was friendly?” Cried an outraged Jin, but he quickly calmed himself down.
“You know what, let’s not worry about that now. Can you explain what exactly this competition was suppose to be?” Encouraged Jin in a softer but still harsh tone.
Yoongi felt his stomach churn, making it feel like the little dinner he ate was making its way back up his throat.
He could see the hurt and anger in Jin’s eyes, he hated the sight so much. It made him feel worst to know that he was the one who put that look there.
“We were just trying to see who you had more patience with and who you would allowed to get away with more… The maknaes claimed that you were less likely to punish them because they had a certain charm to them, so I just wanted to prove them wrong.” Yoongi’s voice kept cracking, but he did his best to ignore it as he continued talking.
“Namjoonie told us it was bad idea, but we didn’t listen. I’m really sorry.” Finished the rapper as his lip trembled.
“You should be, what you guys did was extremely disrespectful and irresponsible! Did you even stop for a minute to think how this would affect me or how I would feel about this whole situation?!”
Yoongi felt a single tear drop fall from his eye, but he quickly wiped it away.
“No, w-we didn’t hyung. I’m so sorry.” Uttered the rapper.
“Are you, Are you really?! Or are you just sorry you got caught?!” Sarcastically yelled Jin.
“I’m so sorry.” Repeated the helpless rapper as he looked down, unable to say anything else.
“I’m so disappointed in you all.” Muttered Jin as tears filled his own eyes, his voice was filled with so much heaviness, revealing the emotional baggage that he’s been carrying all day. “Were any of you even planning on telling me or were you just planning on letting me feel like I was living in the twilight zone!”
The younger males all sat in silence, none of them knew what else to say or even if they should say anything.
After a few minutes Jin got his emotions back under control. He cleared his throat and looked up at the members.
“This little competition of yours is unacceptable. It’s a form of disobedience, disrespect, manipulation, and lying; and I will not tolerate any of it. You will all be paying the consequences for it. Is that understood?”
The younger members’ eyes all grew wide as they stared at their singer. Of course they knew they’d all be punished, but hearing it out loud still felt so shocking.
“Hyung, it was all my idea. Please spare the others and punish me only.” Spoke Yoongi feeling absolutely guilty about everything.
“No.” Firmly said Jin, leaving no room for arguments. “I’m sure you didn’t force anyone to participate. They all chose to do so by their own free will, so you all will be punished.”
Suddenly a loud broken wail echoed through the room as Hoseok began sobbing. Jin closed his eyes and looked away, resisting the urge to run up to Hobi and wrap him in a tight hug.
“I want all of you to get up and go stand in the front of the room from youngest to oldest.” Commanded the eldest singer as he stood from the coffee table and pointed towards the empty space up front.
The others had confused looks on their faces but they did as they were told out of fear of angering Jin anymore than he already was.
The eldest gave a thankful smile when he saw his dongsaengs obeying direction.
“Don’t move.” He warned before walking out of the living room and into the kitchen.
He went over to the the top drawer on the middle counter and pulled it open. After rummaging for a bit he pulled out a silicone mixing spatula specially designed for mixing thick batters or applying frosting. It had a thick rubber base that caused a worst sting than the wooden spoon and it also left a longer impression with a sting that lasted longer.
Jin had recently bought it about a three weeks ago and had discovered it’s power when he was in the kitchen preparing breakfast and Yoongi was acting a little too bratty for Jin to tolerate that early in the morning.
The singer had swung the spatula through the air and landed a single warning smack right on the seat of Yoongi’s pants, and that single hit had the rapper whimpering in pain. Jin made a mental note to not use the spatula lightly and instead kept it in mind to only use the spatula in serious situations.
And although it hurt more than the wooden spoon, it still didn’t come close to comparing with the belt. However, the belt was a very powerful implement that did more damage in a few smack than any of the other implements did. Therefore, it was meant to be used to deal out fast and quick punishments that left long lasting impressions.
And not only did it leave an impression while getting the punishment, but it also left a long lasting sting that lasted for a few days after the punishment that acted as a firm reminder to the poor receiver. However, going too far with the belt could cause serious injuries like bruising or splitting open the skin. Even giving out as much as one smack too many could leave a nasty mark for days.
Therefore, even though his dongsaengs deserved a good belting, Jin didn’t want to give out a quick punishment. He wanted to take his time making sure to drive the lesson home so his dongsaengs could fully understand the length of his disappointment. And thankfully the rubber spatula allowed that. It was strong enough to leave a significant sting, but not strong enough to cause bruising right away.
With the spatula Jin could give out a decent length punishment without fear of injuring his dongsaengs.
The singer swung the spatula through the air a few times to test its strength and after he was satisfied with his findings he walked back into the living room where his dongsaengs were waiting.
All their faces immediately dropped when they saw the object in Jin’s hand.
“Jungkook, you’re first. Come here!” Commanded Seokjin, not giving any of them time to protest.
Jungkook reluctantly walked over, and once he was close enough, Jin grabbed his arm and draped him over the couch’s armrest.
Without warning the eldest hooked his finger on the maknae’s sweatpants and pulled them down to his ankles.
Jungkook gasped loudly and threw his hands back to shield his backside.
“Please hyung, please let me keep my pants on!” He desperately cried, feeling mortified that he was bent over the couch with his pants around his ankles in front of all six of his hyungs. Luckily he still had his thin boxers to protect a little bit of his dignity, but this was still a humiliating position to be in.
Jin, however, didn’t even bat his eyes. He grabbed both of Jungkook’s wrist between one of his hands and pinned them on the maknae’s lower back.
The youngest tried to wiggle free, but all he earned himself was three hard smacks on the seat of his pants.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jungkook winced in pained and squeezed his eyes shut. He was not prepared for the sting that the spatula left. Jimin had been punished with the spatula just last week, and he had warned Jungkook about the pain, but the feeling was much worst than Jungkook could have ever imagine.
Jin landed three more smacks on Jungkook backside then let go on his wrist. “Don’t you dare put your hands back here again or else your punishment will be so much worst!” He warned.
Jungkook felt a shiver run down his spine at the threat, so he pulled his hands into himself to squeeze them against his chest to resist the urge to shield himself.
After a few more seconds Jin rose the spatula up in the air and took a deep breath.
“I’m starting your punishment now.” He announced before bring the spatula down once again.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jungkook instantly tensed all his muscles.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
He wanted to cry out in pain, but he didn’t want to humiliate himself even further in front of his hyungs.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
A part of him knew he deserved this, so he tried his best to stay absolutely still, but the growing pain in his cheeks was making it difficult. Soon he was squirming around trying to dodge the hits, but Jin never missed his target.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jin kept a steady rhythm. He wasn’t going too slow, but he wasn’t going too fast. He didn’t want to end the punishment too soon, but he didn’t want too take too long either since he still had five other dongsaengs to punish.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jin knew that watching the maknae get punished was making the rest of the members anxious, so he wanted to finished the punishments just quick enough so the rest of them wouldn’t get too worked up before their own punishment.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jungkook felt his eyes fill with tears, and he groaned in both pain and frustration. He hated crying, but it was hard to hold in his tears between the pain of the spatula and the humiliation of being this vulnerable in front of the six eldest members.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Before he knew it the tears were running down his eyes as he cried into the crook of his arm.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
He could also here sniffling and crying coming from the other side of the room which only made him feel worst. He hated to see any of his hyungs upset and it made him feel terrible knowing that he couldn’t do anything to help them.
*It is most likely Tae, Jimin, or Hobi hyung. They’re the most sensitive out of all of us* he thought to himself as the urge to cry got stronger and his tears turned to sobs.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Upon seeing the maknae sobbing, Jin decided that he should end the punishment soon.
“Jungkook, do you understand why you’re being punished?” He lectured.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
The youngest quickly nodded his head, as he choked on one of his sobs causing him to go into a coughing fit.
“Shhhh, relax sweetheart.” Comfort Jin as he rubbed a hand up and down Jungkook’s back.
“Take a few deep breaths and then tell me why you’re being punished.”
Jungkook nodded his head in understanding and quickly did what he was told to do.
However, even after taking a few breaths he was still crying too hard to form words which only made him more frustrated. His frustration caused him to sob harder which only caused him to choke again.
“Shhh, you’re okay love.” Reassured Jin. “Take your time, I can wait.” He reassured.
Although this was a punishment, Jin didn’t didn’t want his maknae to stress himself out.
Jungkook nodded his head again and began taking deep breaths as he tried to get himself under control.
After a minute or two, the youngest finally felt confident enough to talk again.
Jin noticed the maknae’s breath becoming more even, so he smiled down reassuringly at him.
“Are you ready to tell me why you’re being punished?” He asked.
Jungkook nodded his head as he sniffled.
“Okay, love. Then why are you being punished?” Encouraged the eldest.
Jungkook took one more breath then turned his head to look at Jin.
“I’m being punished because me and the rest of us decided to have a competition that involved misbehaving and disobeying you and your rules, which is wrong because it was very disrespectful towards you and your feelings. We really hurt you and I’m so sorry hyung. I didn’t mean to hurt you or disappoint you.” Cried the youngest.
“I know love.” Assured Jin. “Everything will be forgiven soon, just ten more, okay?”
The youngest began sobbing again, but he gave a small nod of understanding.
Jin lifted the spatula again and quickly brought it down five times on each cheek.
The maknae yelled in pain, but soon it was all over.
The eldest put the spatula on the coffee table and then slowly peeled his maknae off the armrest.
The youngest immediately sunk into Jin’s arms, and the eldest happily held him tightly against his chest.
“Shhhh, everything’s forgiven now my love.” Hummed Jin as he rubbed circles around the youngest’s back. “You’re okay.”
Seokjin held Jungkook until the youngest’s cries turned into quiet sniffles, then he slowly led him over to the opposite couch and guided him down to sit on it. Jungkook peeled off his pants that were still around his ankles and threw them on the floor before curling up on the couch.
Once Jin was sure the youngest was okay and comfortable he walked back over to the other couch and turned to face the line of troublesome dongsaengs who were standing in the front of the room.
“Taehyung, you’re next.” He called as he pointed down to the armrest.
The second youngest was already a sobbing mess, so Jin knew this was gonna be hard. But he pushed down his protective hyung instincts and kept a stern look on his face.
“Hyung, please don’t do this!” Desperately yelled Taehyung.
“None of that Taehyung-ah!” Reprimanded Jin. “Come here now!”
“No, hyung! Please don’t!” Begged Tae as he slowly walked closer to Jin, not daring to disobey. “I’ve already learned my lesson, I promise!” Weeped the younger singer.
“Taehyung—” Started Jin, ready to scold him further, but the words got stuck in his throat as he watched Tae drop down to the floor in front of his feet and lower himself into a full bow.
“Please hyung, forgive me!” Sobbed the singer.
Jin was completely flabbergasted, he didn’t know what to do. It was so weird to see his dongsaeng in this position.
All of his dongsaengs had all bowed down to him before, but they always did it as a joke. None of them had ever done it in a serious situation. Seeing one of his dongsaengs sincerely bowing felt really overwhelming, it left him speechless.
Jin could tell by the way that Tae was bowing with his forehead touching the floor, that he truly regretted his actions and understood the seriousness of the situation. The eldest was so close to giving in and telling Taehyung that he was forgiven and free to go. But it felt like it wouldn’t be the right thing to do.
In the first place, Taehyung always tried to do and say anything and everything possible to get out of a spanking, so it was hard to tell whether he was bowing out of sincerity or if he was just trying to get off scratch free.
Secondly, if Jin did decide that Taehyung was being sincere and let him go then the rest of his dongsaengs would most likely follow his lead and bow down too to get out of trouble. Then Jin would have to be fair and let them go too because it would be unfair to them if Jin punished them and not Taehyung. However, if Jin forgave all of them and let them go unpunished, then that would be unfair to Jungkook who had already been punished. Therefore, the fairest thing to do was punish all of them.
If Taehyung had really learned his lesson already then the spanking would act as a reminder, and if he hadn’t actually learned and was just trying to get out of trouble then this spanking would act as a punishment. Either way a good firm spanking was the best way to handle the situation.
“Taehyung-ah, stand up please.” Gently, but firmly commanded Jin. “If you truly understand the seriousness of your actions and regret doing them then you will willingly accept your punishment, so hurry up and bend over the armrest.”
“What?! No, hyung please don’t spank me!” Wailed Taehyung as he stood up on his knees to look up at Jin.
“I really did learn my lesson already. Please let me go! You can ground me instead if you want!”
“Kim Taehyung, I won’t repeat myself again, stand up and bend over the couch!”
Instead of doing what he was told, Tae began crawling under the coffee table as fast as he could in order to get away, but unfortunately for him Jin quickly reached over and grabbed his right ankle before Taehyung could get it completely under the table.
Without another word Jin roughly pulled Taehyung out from under the table then places one of his hands on Tae’s back to pin him to the floor. He used his other hand to land the spatula five times on the back of the younger member’s thighs before the eldest grabbed his upper arm and dragged him towards the couch. Jin forced the second youngest over the armrest all while ignoring Taehyung’s hysterical cries and pleads.
“Owwww! Hyung it hurts! Let me go! Hyung!!! Please don’t!!! I’ve learned, I promised!!!” Yelled the younger singer at the top of his lungs.
Seokjin winced at the volume of Tae’s voiced, but he continued to ignore it while he pulled down the younger’s pants.
“Hyung!!!” Begged Taehyung, but his words were cut off as Jin began raining down smacks on the curve of his backside.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“Ahhhhh!!” Yelled the second youngest.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“Argh!!!”
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Taehyung cried loudly as he shouted in pain with each hit.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
It hurt so bad, especially since his bottom was still sore from already being spanked earlier that day.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
It didn’t seem fair that he had to be spanked twice in one day. But Tae also understood that he was being spanked for a different reason and he deserved it even if he didn’t want it.
Honestly, he was internally grateful that Jin didn’t fall for his plan and let him off the hook. If Jin didn’t spank him, then Tae would have felt very guilty and wouldn’t have been able to forgive himself. This spanking was the best thing for him, although, he would never admit that out loud.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Taehyung squeezed his eyes shut and tried his best to endure his punishment.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“Owwww!” Screamed the young singer when an extra hard smack hit his sensitive sitting spot.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“Do you understand why you’re being punished or do I need to repeat the lecture?” Lightly scolded Jin as he continued to rain down hits.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“No, Hyung! I understand, I promise! I’m sorry for participating in that stupid competition!”
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“Good.” Huffed Jin as he decided to focus on continuing Taehyung’s punishment.
Tae too became quieter as he silently cried to himself, hoping that his punishment would be over soon.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“We’re almost done.” Said Jin in a comforting voice when he saw the change in Taehyung’s demeanor. Tae’s silence always spoke louder than words.
It took all of Jin’s strength to continue, but he knew it had to be done.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
The younger singer’s shoulders shook with each sob, making him look so small. Jin frowned sadly and quickly landed the last hits to get it over with.
Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack!
“We’re done TaeTae.” He announced before reaching over to wrap Taehyung into a hug.
The second youngest immediately shot off the couch and threw his arms around Jin’s neck, clinging on for dear life.
Tae sobbed into the eldest’s shoulder while Jin hummed a soft tune and lightly scratched the back of his head.
The eldest made sure to hold him until Taehyung’s tears cleared up, then he gently instructed Tae to go join Jungkook on the opposite couch.
The second youngest shook his pants completely off before throwing himself on top of Jungkook and the two youngest instantly started cuddling each other.
The eldest sighed tiredly, already feeling exhausted from punishing two of his dongsaengs. He felt miserable knowing he still had four to go.
Jin couldn’t remember the last time he had to punish all six of his dongsaengs at the same time, it must have been before they debuted. But all Jin knew was that he definitely didn’t want to do it again anytime soon. It took too much energy and it was physically draining.
The eldest rubbed his already sore shoulder before looking over at the line of unpunished dongsaengs. He internally wondered if his dongsaengs knew that this was just as torturous on him as it was on them.
“Jimin, you’re next.” He said blankly.
Luckily for him, Jimin immediately walked over with his tear filled eyes.
Jin watched as Jimin’s body shook with silent sobs, but the oldest maknae put on a brave face and undid his own pants without being told to. He took them completely off and folded with nicely before placing them on the coffee table. He then laid himself over the armrest and waited patiently for Jin to begin his inevitable doom.
Jin smiled thankfully and gave the young singer a comforting rub on his back.
“Can you tell me why you’re being punished?” He asked gently.
Since Jimin seemed to be running on autopilot, Jin thought it was best to make sure the younger fully understood the reason as to why he was being punished before he started. He wanted to make sure their weren’t any misinterpretations.
Making Jimin talk also helped Jin know that Jimin was physically and mentally present during this. If Jimin wasn’t mentally present Jin called risk injuring him either physically or mentally, and that was something Jin really wanted to avoid.
The younger took a deep breath before turning his head to look at Jin.
“B-because we hurt you by purposely misbehaving all day. Even though it was suppose to be a game, it wasn’t a good one. It was wrong for us to do.”
“Thank you.” Hummed Jin. He gave Jimin’s shoulder a comforting squeeze as he rose the spatula in the air. “I’ll begin now.”
Jimin gave a small nod before turning his head to bury it in his arm and braced himself for the first hit.
Smack!
The younger singer flinched at the feeling, but other wise stayed still. Jin was not going easy on him at all, and if he didn’t already know how bad he fucked up, this would have definitely made it clear.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jimin let out a broken sob as the spatula landed on his poor exposed thighs.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
The eldest maknae never had an issue with being vocal about his pain, so it didn’t surprise Jin when the dancer began loudly yelling into the throw pillow on the couch. The eldest was at least grateful that Jimin was making an effort to muffle his cries, unlike Taehyung.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
The eldest gave a small sigh feeling completely miserable.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Through the corner of eyes he could see how his three oldest dongsaengs were now all silently crying and it made him feel even worst.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Namjoon was trying his best to comfort Hoseok, while Hoseok was doing his best to comfort Namjoon. So the two just ended up clinging on to each other as they cried into each other’s shoulder.
Meanwhile Yoongi had slowly taken a few steps back until his back hit the wall. And now he was pressing himself up against it as if he was trying to disappear into it, which only made him look so much smaller than he was with the silently tears streaming down his face.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jin wished he could just forget about the rest of the punishments and forgive them all. But he knew he could do that.
With another soft sigh Jin directed his attention back to Jimin who was loudly sobbing into the throw pillow.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“We’re almost done, sweetheart.” Encouraged the eldest.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
“Just a few more.”
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jin got a muffled ‘okay’ in returned, and the eldest couldn’t help but smile. It warmed his heart that Jimin still put in the effort to acknowledge him and let him know that he was listening even though he had other things distracting him.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
Jin alternated from cheek to cheek before switching to the sitting spot.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
He made sure the smacks were all evenly distributed and that they covered all the perimeters.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
After a few more hits, Jin decided to end the punishment.
Smack! Smack! Smack!
He landed the last smacks and set the spatula on the coffee table before reaching down for Jimin.
He help the younger member stand up then he pulled him into a tight hug.
“I’m so sorry hyungie.” Whimpered Jimin.
“It’s all forgiven my love.” Hummed Jin as he gently pushed Jimin’s bangs back with his hand and then cradled the younger’s head against his chest.
“Everything is okay now.” He added.
Jimin gave a shaky smile and let himself melt further against his hyung, feeling content to be wrapped around in the warm embrace. They stayed like that for a few minutes until Jimin’s tears stopped falling and he got better control of his breathing.
Jimin was the one to pull away from the hug once he felt ready, he gave his hyung a comforting smile and softly squeezed his hand to let him know he was okay before walking to the couch with Taehyung and Jungkook.
Jin gave them a quick smile before turning to look at his three eldest dongsaengs. The smile on his face quickly faltered and a frown replaced it.
At least he was half way done.
