Chapter Text
Hi everyone, Zek here. I know it's been a while since you've gotten an update in this one in particular. I've been busy with graduating high school, working on writing commissions, and doing everything I possibly can to prepare myself for college in the fall. Now, I do love this story, and I do want to get back to it eventually, but as for right now I think I'm going to put it on hiatus.
Honestly, there was very poor planning involved here. I knew the ending and I knew the beginning. How I got from one to the other was made up entirely on the spot. I think my writing can do better, I think you guys deserve better. I think I'm going to try a shorter story with these two that is still incredibly bittersweet, but with actual planning this time. And if that goes well, then I think I might go back, actually plan this, and then rewrite some of the earlier chapters. It's what you guys deserve and I know it's something I can accomplish. I want to write something meaningful and I know this has that potential.
Anyways yeah, so this story will be going on a little bit of a hiatus for now. Until then, please look forward to a different HifuDo fic (the aforementioned one I'm going to experiment different planning methods with) called That Summer is Saturated, based off the song Kanzaki and covered by Mafumafu.
