Chapter 16 A Happy Ending For All
Hyunjin was very nervous. After he and Changbin had made up and confessed, he felt light as air. It wasn't until after they had sat down and talked with the rest of their pack that things got serious. After all of the news of happiness was delivered and they got done celebrating, they had to get down to business. He and Changbin were together, and they would have a kid together. A child took a lot of care and planning into considering things. They had to figure out where to put the kid once it was big enough to have a room to itself. They needed clothes, diapers, toys, medicines, formulas, and strollers. They had to babyproof the whole house. Hyunjin had to try and figure out how much longer he could work and what things he could and could not do until he got too big to move. They needed to plan out when Changbin would take a break from work and who would cover for both of them until they returned. Hyunjin still needed to find a doctor, a hospital, and maybe a midwife for his pregnancy.
He had so much to do, and while he still had months to complete it, it felt like he had no time to do anything. He was so overwhelmed and stressed that it wasn't funny. And that didn't help matters since he knew stress wasn't good for the baby. That upset him even more because he felt like he was inadvertently killing his baby. They weren't even considered a legal person yet!
The only reason that he hadn't completely lost his marbles yet was because of Changbin. His boyfriend has been his rock throughout all of this. He was there to hold his hair back whenever he had a rough bout of morning sickness. He rubbed his back and feet when they ached too much for him to walk around. He let him steal anything that had his scent on it to use for a nest to help his nerves. He checked in on him periodically at work to ensure he was OK. And he handled the customers that liked to give him issues for being pregnant. (Though those were few and far between, it still really upset Hyunjin when it happened.) He was the best alpha in the world, and Hyunjin couldn't have asked for a better person to have gotten him pregnant in the first place. He didn't know that Changbin could be this doting and loving. And he was thankful for it.
The omega knows he hasn't been the easiest person to deal with the last couple of months. Morning sickness sucks; his emotions are all over the place. He's bitten Changbin's head more times in the past 2 months than the entire time he's known him. Hyunjin has been basically crying for the past couple of months. And he just doesn't get it; everything makes him cry; it doesn't matter what it is. He's actually surprised that he still has tears left to cry. Though he will acknowledge that part of the reason he's been crying non-stop was because of his last doctor's appointment. Changbin had scheduled him for an appointment to get checked out and scheduled his 8-week scan. They couldn't tell much, but the doctor said everything seemed OK for now, and they got to listen to the baby's heartbeat. And as soon as Hyunin heard that "bbump-bbump," he was gone. He just started balling his eyes out, he reached out for Changbin, and the alpha held onto him as he cried. And Changbin was crying too. God, he's been so emotional these past couple of months that it's not funny.
And while Changbin has been his rock through all of this, he also knows that he couldn't have done this without his pack. All 6 of them had been very supportive of him and Changbin. They were all happy about the baby and excited to be uncles. And they were there for him when he went and correctly told Yeji and her pack that he was pregnant and told the other packs that they were close to each other. His pack had been there every step, and he was so grateful for them, especially for days like today. Hyunjin had woken the pack up at about 3am, throwing his guts up. Even though he was in his second trimester now, he was not lucky enough to get rid of his morning sickness. It wasn't as frequent, but it hit him hard when it hit him. Luckily, he had a very understanding boss, who doubled as his pack alpha. Once Changbin could pry Hyunjin away from the toilet that night, Chan came into their bedroom to check on them. And he explicitly told Hyunjin that he would not work the next day. He'd have Jeongin cover his shift or something if any of his clients needed something. He didn't have that many clients at the moment, so his workload wasn't that bad. So he just rolled over, went back to sleep after that, and woke up later that afternoon feeling more human.
He rolled over, searching for Changbin, but the alpha's bedside was cold. He groaned softly and pried his eyes open to ensure he wasn't imagining things. He lay there for a couple of moments trying to figure out where the alpha was when he remembered that he had to go to work today. They were working on updating the casino's security system, and Changbin had to be there for it. But he did leave a note for Hyunjin on the side of the bed for him. :
Jinnie,
Sorry I had to leave before you woke up. I had to go make sure that today doesn't go down in flames or Channie-Hyung's going to kill me. Don't worry, I'll try to come home early today, but if I can't, I'll make sure to eat dinner. I kissed both you and baby goodbye before I left. And if you need anything, just let me or someone else know. I love you! Have a good day1

The omega couldn't get the smile off of his face at that. His alpha was so sweet. After laying in bed for a bit, he finally decided that he needed to eat and got up to try and find something to eat. The house was pretty quiet when he walked out of his room, so at first, he thought that he was the only one home. It wasn't until he walked into the kitchen and saw Jisung and Felix crying that he began to get worried. "What's going on?" Hyunjin asked, and he felt his stomach drop when the two crying omegas turned their attention to him.

Jeongin was sitting in the living room watching tv when Seungmin came in. He had been watching something on tv for the past 45 minutes. In all honesty, he couldn't tell you what he was watching if his life depended on it. He was just zoning in and out for the past couple of hours and was sick and tired of staring at the walls in his and Seungmin's shared room. Hyunjin had woken them all up last night with a rough bout of morning sickness. And everyone was a little worried about how long it had lasted. When everyone finally went back to bed, Jeongin crashed, and he woke up with a fever the following day. Though he knew how short-staffed they would be today with a nasty case of the flu spreading through the casino, he went and got up to work anyway. But he didn't count on Chan catching him before he could get out the door and throwing a wrench in his plans. So he was stuck back at the house, on sick leave until further notice.
And generally, while Jeongin liked to have some quiet time to himself and all, he was bored out of his mind. No matter how stressed out work makes him sometimes, he still loves his job. And he gets bored when he has nothing to do. He has many of Chan's workaholic tendencies and likes to have something to keep him busy. But he couldn't really do anything about that now. So for most of the day, he just sat around his room and slept. But when he was tired of sleeping, he changed to the living room. He ran into the pack omegas huddled together in the kitchen, talking. He went to check on them when he felt something was wrong. But Hyunjin had told him not to worry about it, that he was having a meltdown and had set the other two off. And Felix checked on him quickly to ensure he was OK before he was dragged off down the hall by Hyunjin and Jisung. And that just left Jeongin to sit there and contemplate what had just happened.
After about 10 minutes, he had given up and had just planned to lay out on the couch and try to vegetate until he felt better, hopefully. He wasn't sure how long he had been sitting there, just zoning out, when Seungmin finally came home from work. When he heard the front door open, Jeongin pulled his phone out of his pocket and checked the time. The beta had come home about 3 hours earlier than he usually did. Which Jeongin really thought was kind of unusual. "Hey, Innie," Seungmin said as he walked into the living room. "How are you feeling?" He asked as he came over to the younger beta and put a hand on his forehead to check his temperature. Jeongin made a face at the older man and swatted his hand away from him before answering. "Will you stop that?" Jeongin said. "I feel better than I did this morning; I'm fine." He said. And the elder just smirked at him and went to sit on the younger man.
10 minutes later, when Jeongin could get Seungmin off of him, the two were chilling on the couch. "Where's everyone else?" Seungmin asked him. Jeongin just shrugged in response. "I'm not sure." He said. "When I first came here, they were all in the kitchen talking about something." He told him. "Then Hyunjinnie Hyung took them all back to his room," Jeongin said. "I think Felix-Hyung was trying to cook or something, but I'm not sure what was going on." He said. Seungmin just hummed in response. "Maybe I should go and check on them?" Seungmin wondered out loud. "I would hold off on that, Hyung," Jeongin told him. "Things seemed tense when I walked by; I don't know if that's a good idea or not." He said. "Yeah, you're right." Seungmin agreed, remembering one of Hyunjin's more intense mood swings. "I'll check on them later." He said.
"What are you doing home so early, Hyung?" Jeongin eventually asked him. Seungmin turned to look at him with a hum. "Oh, well, I had done everything I wanted to today." The beta told him. "So I decided to come home early." He said. "Did Chan-Hyung approve it?" Jeongin asked him. Seungmin nodded his head. "Yeah, Hyung was OK with it," Seungmin said. "I asked him before I left." He said. "And he was OK with it since he didn't like leaving you all at home when you guys were sick." He told him. Jeongin nodded his head at him. Yeah, that made a lot of sense. Unconsciously, the younger beta scooted over on the couch to get closer to the elder beta. Seungmin didn't flinch at the contact, so Jeongin laid his head on Hyung's shoulder. The two sat there in comfortable silence for the next 15 minutes before Jeongin spoke up again. "I'm in love with you, Hyung," Jeongin said before he nodded on the elder's shoulder. And Seungmin just sat there shocked. What the Hell?

Jisung just couldn't stop crying. He had been crying since last night after Hyunjin had woken up sick. He had been feeling awful all day beforehand. He woke up sick to his stomach, and he had a migraine. So he ended up laying in bed all day trying to sleep it off. But he never really felt any better about it. He knew Minho was worried about him, but Jisung wasn't feeling it yesterday. So he may have bitten the alpha's head off just a little bit. He didn't mean to, but everything was getting on his nerves yesterday, and he just wanted to be left alone. It wasn't until Hyunjin had woken them all up last night when he got hit with very rough morning sickness that Jisung started to think differently about his symptoms.
Once everything calmed down and everyone returned to bed, Jisung started thinking. He remembered how sick Hyunjin was when he discovered he was pregnant. And it's been a couple of months since his last heat. He should be preparing for the next one when it dawned on him to check his phone. Pulling up the app he was using to keep track of his cycles, he saw that he was about two weeks late for him when the symptoms of pre-heat started. So, needless to say, he was slightly concerned about that. But he had no idea what to do about it until later. So he just rolled over and pretended to go to sleep that night to not worry his fiance. It wasn't until Minho left for work that morning that he got out of bed to go and test his theory. He got out of bed, and after making sure that he wouldn't pass out or throw up by getting out of bed, he went to the bathroom. He knew where the stash of pregnancy tests was kept. He took one form out underneath the sink and set a timer on his phone. After the 5 minutes were up, he picked up the test. And he felt his heart stop when the little plus sign was staring back at him.
Jisung just stood there for a couple of minutes before he finally was able to do something about it. He wrapped up the test in toilet paper and stuck it in his sweatshirt pocket. He then washed his hands and ran his hands through his hair. He pulled up the hood of Minho's sweatshirt and headed out into the rest of the house. He had no idea what to do at the moment, but he didn't really want to be alone. He hoped to find Felix or Hyunjin in the house to talk to. He knew that Hyunjin was home after last night and that most everyone else was gone to work. He was shocked when he walked into the kitchen and saw Felix at the stove, trying and failing to stress bake.
He could smell how distressed the younger omega was and immediately forgot about his problems and went over to check on his packmate. "Felix?" Jisung asked as he came up behind him. He saw the omega jump at the sound of his voice, and he spun around to face him. To Jisung, Felix looked like a complete and utter wreck. Jisung felt his heart break a little at how troubled the omega was. "What's wrong?" He asked him. It took Felix a couple of minutes to speak up, but once he did, Jisung was met with something that he wasn't expecting. Felix stood there for a couple of seconds before closing the gap between them and throwing himself at Jisung. He started balling his eyes out, and Jisung's first instinct was to wrap his arms around the younger man to try and calm him down. The two stood in the kitchen for the next 5 minutes before Felix could pull away and speak to him.
"Felix, what's wrong?" Jisung asked him. Felix stood there for a second before digging his hand into his pocket and pulling something out. Jisung's eyes widened as he recognized the brand of pregnancy tests the pack buys. It was the super-accurate ones that Seungmin researched and made them all buy. "Felix?" Jisung asked him again softly, already knowing the answer to that. "I'm pregnant," Felix told him with tears. Jisung, even in his shocked state, put his hand in his sweatshirt pocket, pulled out his own test, and took off the paper. "Me too," Jisung said shakily. And the two of them just started crying after that. And that is how Hyunjin found them 10 minutes later.

Felix was in shock. God, he couldn't believe it. He's known for about 12 hours now, and he still couldn't believe it. He knew that he had been feeling off for the past couple of weeks, but he didn't think anything of it. The flu and whatever illness you could think of were slowly making their way through the casino and its staff. The omega thought it was finally his turn to hit him as well. But he couldn't shake the voice telling him it was something more. And for the most part, Felix could ignore that voice completely. It wasn't until last night that Felix started to think that it was something more than just the flu.
He had gotten home from work yesterday evening, kind of early. He had reached the opening shift that morning and left his lovely kitchen in the capable hands of his assistant manager. He hopped in the car with the rest of the pack and headed home. Since Hyunjin became pregnant, the pack has tried to rework their schedules to co-exist with one another so that the omega was never left alone for long periods. It was a system they implemented after Hyunjin and Changbin went to their first doctor's appointment. She told them that it would be good for both Hyunjin and the baby to have everyone around to help alleviate the stress and anxiety that the omega could be feeling. So it meant that everyone in the pack was working normal hours compared to ordinary people. Though some of the pack still have to work nights, Jeongin is in charge of the events. Changbin has to deal with security issues, Minho with bartending, Felix with the kitchens, and Chan is the boss of everything. But overall, they all came home at decent times, and if they had to work nights, they didn't stay out super late. And regardless, Hyunjin always had Jisung and Seungmin home with him in case anything happened. Hyunjin was using the opportunity to help Jisung plan the wedding and for baby stuff.
But getting back on topic here, Felix had gotten home from work yesterday, walked into the house, and sat his stuff down. Then, about 5 seconds later, he took off down the hall to throw up his lunch. And he had Chan hot on his heels the whole entire way there. 30 minutes later, after 10 minutes of dry-heaving and a nice, warm shower, Chan was guiding Felix towards their bedroom. Felix still couldn't get over "their" bedroom. Once Chan had Felix tucked into bed, went to get him some ginger ale, and worked himself up to take care of Felix all night, the omega knew it would be extended. Once he was sure he could move without throwing up on himself, he rolled over and checked where the alpha had plugged up his phone. He checked his health app and saw that it was around the time for his heat to start. So Felix knew either his pre-heat was coming for him, this time with a vengeance, or he had the flu. Huffing to himself, the omega rolled back over with a groan and buried his face in his pillows. Either way, it was going to be a long-ass night.
It was around 2am that night when Felix began to think this was more than the flu. Even though he ate some crackers, soup, and ginger ale, Felix still felt pretty nauseous when he finally fell asleep that night wrapped around Chan. He was fully prepared to wake up in the middle of the night to give an offering to the porcelain gods, but he didn't. No, Felix was woken up at 2am that night because Hyunjin was up sick with a rough bout of morning sickness. About an hour later, when everyone had calmed down enough to go back to bed, it finally hit him. When Hyunjin discovered he was pregnant, he was constantly sick as a dog. And for the longest time, they thought he had the flu or the stomach bug. The omega lay in bed for the next 20 minutes, wondering if he might be pregnant too. He pretended to be asleep and waited until he was sure Chan was out before slipping out of bed and into the bathroom attached to their room. He went under the sink and pulled out a pregnancy test from one of the stashes they had around the house. 10 minutes later, Felix sat on the closed toilet lid crying over a positive pregnancy test at 4 in the morning.
Eventually, he went back to bed and fell asleep from exhaustion. He had woken up when Chan got up to get ready to work. Chan had kissed him on the forehead and told him he loved him before he left for work. He said he had called in for him to not worry about anything except resting. Felix just nodded groggily and went back to bed. He woke up 2 hours later when he had to throw up again. Once he was sure that he had nothing left to hurl, he got up and had no idea what to do with himself. He was freaking out and had no idea what to do. He and Chan hadn't been together that long. Hyunjin was already pregnant, and Jisung and Minho were getting married! The pack already had a lot going on, and Felix didn't want to add to the stress of everything. So he went and did the only thing that he could think of. He tried to bake. Keyword benign tried here since he kept having to take breaks to dry-heave and was so absent-minded that he couldn't concentrate lately. And that was how Jisung found him 20 minutes later.

Everybody was hanging out in the living room when Felix and Jisung both came barreling into the room. The rest of the pack had just gotten off work and arrived home. It had been a very long and tiring shift since the flu made its way through the casino employees. So it wasn't surprising when they woke up that morning and discovered that half of the pack was sick. They left the ill-pack members at home to rest and had gone off to work like any other day at the office. Though they did send Seungmin home early to check up on the others. They were tired when Chan, Minho, and Changbin finally got home. It had been insane with so many people; they were severely short-staffed. The three alphas practically ran out of the building once they were done for the day. But if they thought they had a crazy day, then they had no idea what was happening at home.
After Hyunjin had ventured out to grab some food, he had found Jisung and Felix standing in the kitchen crying. He was very confused for a moment, but he moved in to see what was wrong once the shock wore off. "Guys?" He questioned them as he walked into the room. He had a weird feeling about what was happening, and his hands subconsciously went to his growing baby bump to try to calm himself down. "What's wrong?" He asked them. Both omegas' heads snapped up at the sound of his voice, and they turned around to face him. Hyunjin could see the tear tracks on their faces, which only made him worry more. What the Hell had happened?
Deciding that he probably wasn't going to get anything out of them like this. So he did the next best thing and dragged the two omegas back to his and Changbin's room. They passed by Jeongin on the way out, and after checking on the maknae quickly and making sure that he was going to be OK on his own, they proceeded down the hall. After opening the door and shoving the two younger omegas into the room, Hyunjin closed the door behind him and gestured for them to all sit on the bed. Felix and Jisung complied and sat on the edge of the bed so Hyunjin could sit in his usual place, propped up by pillows. Once everyone was settled, the eldest omega turned his attention to the other two, prepared to figure out what was happening with them.
"Alright, what gives?" Hyunjin asked them as he rubbed his stomach. "I walked into the kitchen to get food and found the two of you crying." He said. "I know you guys were up late last night after I woke you all up, but you guys were fine when Hyung dragged me off to bed." He said. "So what's wrong?" He asked them. Jisung and Felix just sat there huddled together on the edge of the bed, they were still crying, and Hyunjin was about 30 seconds away from yelling for Jeongin and calling the Hyungs and Seungmin to come home. He didn't know what to do and was almost ready to start crying. He did notice Jisung and Felix looking at each other before sticking their hands in their pockets. Hyunjin thought it was a little bit strange, but that all changed when he saw them pull their hands out and what they had in them.
Hyunjin was shocked to see two positive pregnancy tests staring back at him. "You guys are pregnant?" He asked them in shock. The other two omegas just sat there in shock and nodded at him. Hyunjin felt himself tearing up and had to try to calm down. He could be happy and weep for his friends later; he needed to ensure they were OK before he started the celebratory tears. "Are you OK with that, Jinnie?" Felix asked him softly. And how soft and delicate he sounded snapped Hyunjin out of his thoughts. What? He thought to himself. "What?" Hyunjin asked him. "Why wouldn't I be alright with that?" Hyunjin asked him. "Unless you guys aren't alright with being pregnant?" He asked them, concerned. If one of them wasn't OK with this, they had options, and Hyunjin was OK with whatever they chose and would be there for them the whole way. "No, no," Felix said. And Jisung nodded his head in agreement with Felix in the background. "We're both OK with being pregnant," Felix said. "Yeah," Jisung added. "We were just worried about telling you, along with the rest of the pack, especially the Hyungs," Jisung said. "There's been a lot of stuff going on with us lately, and we didn't want to make things worse." He said.
Hyunjin thought that was stupid, and he told them so. "Well, that's stupid." He told them. "Why wouldn't we be happy about it?" He questioned them. "Of course, things have been hectic lately, but that doesn't change the fact that you guys are pregnant, and it's a good thing." He said. "If you guys didn't want this, that's OK; we'd deal with that bridge when we got there." He said. "But if both of you want this, what's the problem?" He asked him. Jisung and Felix just looked at one another before turning back to Hyunjin. "You're right," Felix said. "I guess we both just got carried away a bit." He said. "Yeah, we kind of spiraled a bit," Jisung said. "Listening to you makes it seem like we overreacted a bit." The younger omega added. Hyunjin just smiled at them. "Now you know how I felt." Hyunjin joked. "But you guys have nothing to worry about. Minho-Hyung and Chan-Hyung will be thrilled." He told them.
And that's how they found themselves here now. The three omegas had been huddled up in the eldest's room for the rest of the day. They only came out when they heard the front door open and close and the voices of the three alphas. All three looked at each other, and then Jisung and Felix took off down the hall. Hyunjin rolled his eyes at the younger two and began the slow process of getting out of bed and making his way down the hallway. By the time he had gotten there, Jisung and Felix were still standing in the living room, breaths heaving, and everyone else staring at them like they were insane. Hyunjin just walked past them and headed towards the chair where his alpha was sitting. Changbin saw him coming and moved to offer up his lap for the omega.
Once comfortable, Hyunjin turned towards the youngest omega and looked at them. "Well? Aren't you guys going to say it?" He asked them. Everyone else looked at Hyunjin for answers, but before they could talk, the omega cut in. "I'm pregnant!" They both yelled at the same time. And Hyunjin had to hold back in his laughter at the shocked expressions on the rest of the pack's faces. Minho's was priceless, and Hyunjin almost started laughing but stopped when he heard a loud thud. Everyone turned their attention to their pack alpha, lying on the floor after passing out from the news. Hyunjin grumbled as he stood up to help calm down a crying Felix, while everyone else went to make sure Chan wasn't concussed. Never a dull moment in their pack.

Seungmin, for once in his life, will openly admit that he's happy with where he is. He doesn't think that he's ever been this happy in his whole life. He has a job he loves, a pack he adores, and calls family. He's going to become an uncle in a few months. He seemed to be in a perfect place in his life for once. That is a big difference from when Chan fonded him all those years ago. Don't get him wrong, though; he does miss living with his cousin Wonpil and his pack(Ironically, it's the same pack that Jisung's older brother is in.), but he feels more like himself here. In this pack, he's Seungmin, just Seungmin, not Wonpil's little cousin. Here with Chan and the others, he has his own identity and sense of self that is his and his alone.
But that is only part of the reason why he is on Cloud9 at the moment. It all started yesterday when Jisung and Felix came home sick from work. Seungmin noticed that the two omegas seemed out of sorts and not like themselves. But they brushed him off when he tried to approach them and ask what was wrong. He figured if anything, then they were probably the next victims of the flu that's going around the casino. And his suspicions were only confirmed later that night after Hyunjin had woken everyone up with a terrible bout of morning sickness, and the other two followed soon after. So Seungmin was prepared to go to work the next morning short 3 pack members. Though it turns out he was proven wrong when Jeongin woke up the following day with a fever and stayed home with everyone else, having the other half of the pack. The beta was slightly worried about leaving the others at home, but they were short-handed already. They couldn't afford to spare anyone else. Though, God bless their pack alpha, who let Seungmin go home early to check on all of them.
Back to the topic at hand here, though. Seungmin practically skipped out of the office and back to the house. Not that he didn't love his job or anything, but he really wanted to go home. He felt slightly off leaving the three omegas alone at home, plus Jeongin. Typically, it wouldn't phase him; Jeongin was perfectly capable of taking care of himself and the others just fine. But he's sick, and Seungmin didn't want to leave the younger beta when he was ill. He wanted to be there for the younger man and help ensure he was OK. If it wasn't evident to anyone at this point, Seungmin is in love. He is in love with his best friend, who has been for a while.
It happened a couple of years after he joined the pack. Jeongin was one of the first people that Seungmin got close to besides Chan after joining, the other being Hyunjin. The two betas in the pack were just hanging out in the living room playing video games and yelling at each other it hit him. Seungmin was looking at Jeongin as he was ranting at Seungmin for using a Blue Shell on him, and all that Seungmin could think of what how beautiful he looked. The beta kept that part to himself and never told another soul about it. He's pretty sure Chan and a few others figured it out, but Seungmin never said a word about it. Though that is all about to change in a matter of minutes, Seungmin doesn't know that part yet.
"Hey, Innie," Seungmin said as he walked into the living room. "How are you feeling?" He asked as he came over to the younger beta and put a hand on his forehead to check his temperature. Jeongin made a face at the older man and swatted his hand away from him before answering. "Will you stop that?" Jeongin said. "I feel better than I did this morning; I'm fine." He said. And the elder just smirked at him and went to sit on the younger man.
10 minutes later, when Jeongin could get Seungmin off of him, the two were chilling on the couch. "Where's everyone else?" Seungmin asked him. Jeongin just shrugged in response. "I'm not sure." He said. "When I first came here, they were all in the kitchen talking about something." He told him. "Then Hyunjinnie Hyung took them all back to his room," Jeongin said. "I think Felix-Hyung was trying to cook or something, but I'm not sure what was going on." He said. Seungmin just hummed in response. "Maybe I should go and check on them?" Seungmin wondered out loud. "I would hold off on that, Hyung," Jeongin told him. "Things seemed tense when I walked by; I don't know if that's a good idea or not." He said. "Yeah, you're right." Seungmin agreed, remembering one of Hyunjin's more intense mood swings. "I'll check on them later." He said.
"What are you doing home so early, Hyung?" Jeongin eventually asked him. Seungmin turned to look at him with a hum. "Oh, well, I had done everything I wanted to today." The beta told him. "So I decided to come home early." He said. "Did Chan-Hyung approve it?" Jeongin asked him. Seungmin nodded his head. "Yeah, Hyung was OK with it," Seungmin said. "I asked him before I left." He said. "And he was OK with it since he didn't like leaving you all at home when you guys were sick." He told him. Though he chose to leave out the part where the pack alpha gave himself hives, worrying about the others being at home by themselves and wanting someone home with them. Jeongin nodded his head at him. Out of the corner of his eye, Seungmin noticed the younger man slowly inching closer to his sides on the couch. He didn't flinch at the contact, though, so the younger lay his head on Hyung's shoulder. The two sat there in comfortable silence for the next 15 minutes before Jeongin spoke up again. "I'm in love with you, Hyung," Jeongin said before he nodded on the elder's shoulder. And Seungmin just sat there shocked. What the Hell?
But there was no time at all before the shock wore off. And his surprised expression was replaced with a small fond smile. Seungmin had felt like a huge weight was just lifted off of his chest. He always wondered if Jeongin returned his feelings. He was never sure, though, since Jeongin was always so aloof and hard to read. Out of the whole pack, he and Jeongin, along with Minho, were the hardest to read. But you had a better chance of getting a reaction from Minho than the other two. So Seungmin was thrilled that Jeongin had let his guard down enough to let that part slip out, and he was glad it was with him. Again, this is the happiest that Seungmin has ever been in his life.

Minho just loved looking at Jisung. And yes, he knows how cliche it sounds, but dammit, he couldn't help it. He's been in love with the omega since he first met the younger, and he's been stealing fruitful glances at him ever since. Though now that the two are together, Minho can look all he wants. After all, he and Jisung will spend the rest of their lives with each other, so he might as well get the chance to ogle his future husband some. It also didn't help that his instincts were going haywire from the news he had just received from his mate a couple of hours ago. He was pregnant. He was pregnant-Jisung was pregnant, and they were going to be parents. Minho was going to be a father. Oh my God! He was going to be a father!
The second eldest of the pack had been bopping around the apartment in a blissed-out delirium for the past couple of hours since he had gotten the news. And he will forever remember the moment that Jisung told him he would be a father for the first time.:
Everybody was hanging out in the living room when Felix and Jisung both came barreling into the room. The rest of the pack had just gotten off work and arrived home. It had been a very long and tiring shift since the flu made its way through the casino employees. So it wasn't surprising when they woke up that morning and discovered that half of the pack was sick. They left the ill-pack members at home to rest and had gone off to work like any other day at the office. Though they did send Seungmin home early to check up on the others. They were tired when Chan, Minho, and Changbin finally got home. It had been insane with so many people; they were severely short-staffed. The three alphas practically ran out of the building once they were done for the day. But if they thought they had a crazy day, then they had no idea what was happening at home.
So, needless to say, they were all very concerned when they had all sat down in the living, and the omega came barreling down the hallway into the living room. Or, more precisely, Felix and Jisung came barrelling into the room like someone had set their asses on fire. While poor Hyunjin was waddling(If asked, Minho never said a word about his new lop-sided gait, he valued his life and testicles, thank you very much) after them. Everyone was perplexed about what was happening since the youngest omegas were supposed to stay at home since they were supposed to be the flu's current victims. But with how messy they both appeared, Minho couldn't help but think that something more was happening. And he was going to get to the bottom of it. He just had to wait for everything to calm down first and for everyone to get comfortable.
Once comfortable, Hyunjin turned towards the youngest omega and looked at them. "Well? Aren't you guys going to say it?" He asked them. Everyone else looked at Hyunjin for answers, but before they could talk, the omega cut in. "I'm pregnant!" They both yelled at the same time. And Hyunjin had to hold back in his laughter at the shocked expressions on the rest of the pack's faces. Minho's was priceless, and Hyunjin almost started laughing but stopped when he heard a loud thud. Everyone turned their attention to their pack alpha, lying on the floor after passing out from the news. Hyunjin grumbled as he stood up to help calm down a crying Felix, while everyone else went to make sure Chan wasn't concussed. Never a dull moment in their pack.
Once he was sure that the pack alpha wasn't suffering any lasting head damage and that Felix wasn't having a complete mental breakdown, Minho took off towards Jisung. The omega was just standing there, shocked at what was going on, so he was unprepared when the alpha came rushing at him. Though he was careful not to be rough with the younger man, he couldn't stop himself from running over and picking Jisung up and spinning him around in a bear hug. After a couple of twirls, he gently sat his fiance down and placed a kiss on his lips. Then he pulled the younger one closer and kissed him on the forehead. If you couldn't tell, Minho was just a little giddy at the news.
Jisung looked awestruck at the older man and looked like he didn't know how to process this. "Wow, somebody's happy," Jisung said with a laugh. Minho just smiled at him and pulled the younger man closer to him. "So what?" Minho questioned him. "I just discovered I'm going to be a parent." He said. "Can't I be happy about that?" He asked him. Jisung just smiled at him and hugged Minho tighter. "Yeah, you can be happy about that." The omega said. "I can't tell you how happy I am that you're giddy about it." He told him in a soft voice. And Minho couldn't help but let his heart melt at that confession. He knew that the omega was probably freaking out at the slim chance that Minho would reject him and the baby. But the last thing that the alpha would ever do would be to hurt his mate, let alone his own child. They were his family, and like Hell, was he going to let anything wrong happen to them on his watch. He would protect his family and pack until his last breath; no matter what, they came first. If only poor Jisung knew what he was getting himself into by telling Minho, he was pregnant.

So you can see how concerned Chan was when he was just sitting in his living room minding his business after a day of dealing with idiots at work when the Sunshine Twins came barreling into the room like a tornado. And things only worsened as he watched Hyunjin slowly walk in after him. (God loves the poor kid, he must be so miserable at this point with how much extra weight he was now carrying, he should do something about that if Changbin hasn't already.) Never mind, Changbin was Hyunjin's mate, so he's got the omega covered. He just has to worry about the Sunshine Twins at the moment. He could tell that they were waiting on Hyunjin to sit down before they did anything, which made him wonder what the Hell was going on.

Chan was just so blissfully out of his mind with happiness. When he had woken up after his little spell, he was back in his and Felix's bedroom in their bed. And the omega was lying beside him in the bed, appearing to be asleep. It took Chan a couple of seconds to readjust himself to his surroundings and figure out how he got there when he last remembered being in the living room with the others. Then it all came back to him, Felix and Jisung running into the room looking frantic, the pregnancy announcement...Right, Felix was pregnant,... With his kid. Holy shit! Chan was going to be a father!
Rolling over in bed, trying to be careful enough not to jostle Felix, Chan turned on his side to watch his sleeping boyfriend. He laid there in bed for about 5 minutes, watching the omega sleep and playing with the younger man's head. He couldn't wipe the stupid grin off of his face and knew he must look like he was insane, but he didn't care anymore at this point. God, he couldn't believe how he got this lucky. "I know you're awake, Lix," Chan whispered. "You can't fool me, baby." He told him. Felix let out a little huff before opening his eyes and looking at Chan. The alpha didn't fail to notice the redness in his partner's eyes from crying, and he wanted to ensure that the younger man was alright. "Hey," Chan said as he leaned in closer. "What's wrong?" He asked him as he kissed the younger ones on the forehead.
Felix didn't say anything at first. But after a few minutes, he finally spoke up to the alpha. "You're not mad?" Felix asked him softly. And with his tone of voice sounding so heartbroken, Chan's heart broke with him. He shouldn't be as surprised by it as he should be. His mate Chan should have known that Felix would have been terrified to tell him the news with everything going on. And that Felix would have been scared and had no idea what to do in this position. Which made the alpha even more determined to make this right. "No, I'm not," Chan said. "Why would I be mad at you for being pregnant?" Chan asked softly as he brushed back some of the younger's hair. "I'm so happy you're pregnant," Chan told him. "I'd be honored and love to have a family with you, Felix," Chan told him. "I love you and wouldn't want to make this journey with anyone else." He told him.
He could see the tears pooling in the younger's eyes. Just as he was about to try and reassure the younger that he wasn't upset with him and that everything was OK, Felix launched himself at him. The younger omega threw himself at him, hugged him, and started to cry in relief. Chan lay in bed and just held Felix until the sniffles died, telling him that he loved him and that everything was going to be OK. Finally, Felix pulled back and kissed his mate on the lips. But at least this time, he was smiling, so all was good. "I love you, Christopher Bang," Felix told him. Chan just smiled and kissed him back. "I love you too, Felix Lee," Chan said. "And I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together." He told him. ANd Chan meant every word of it. He couldn't wait to begin this next journey in their lives together.

Changbin was so in love with Hyunjin that it wasn't funny. He never before thought that he could feel like this about a person. He had heard stories about love like this before, but he always thought that they were a load of bull, in his opinion. Even though he admits he is a romantic at heart, he never thought he would find it for himself. His own personal securities aside, he never thought love fit him, even if he was society's perfect alpha. But that all changed when he met Hyunjin.
He can still remember the first day that he met the omega. And how his heart just stopped beating for just a couple of seconds. And he's been trapped by Hyunjin's being ever since. He still kicks himself from time to time for being an idiot for not confessing his feelings sooner. But he can't dwell on the past any longer because he knows he'll get nothing out of it. He will admit that he's never been as happy as he is now. He's in an incredible pack, with a beautiful, fantastic mate, a baby on the way, and a high-paying job he loves. He couldn't ask for a better situation than the one that he's in right now. And Changbin thanks whoever's in charge up there for granting him these chances in life.
Speaking of his mate, Changbin looked over at his lover, who was lying in bed beside him, asleep. After the big announcement that was Jisung and Felix revealing their pregnancies, things got a little crazy afterward. After making sure that Chan hadn't given himself brain damage, Changbin carried the young leader back to his room to rest. He watched Minho dance down the hallway with Jisung in tune, giggling and laughing about being a father. Seungmin just looked at them, shook his head, then dragged Jeongin off for sleep and cough medicine. Which left Hyunjin and Changbin in the living room. Hyunjin said he wanted to return to bed, so they did that.
Changbin was lying in bed marveling at how beautiful his mate looked pregnant with their child when he heard a voice. "What the Hell are you doing, you weirdo?" Hyunjin whispered hoarsely. Changbin jumped a little bit at the sound of his voice, but he quickly realized that his mate was now awake. "Hey, Jinnie," Changbin said softly. "I didn't know you were awake." He said. Hyunjin just shrugged as he moved to sit up against the pillows near the headboard. Changbin was quick to help his mate get adjusted and as comfortable as he could. "Couldn't get comfortable because the baby won't stop kicking.." Hyunjin said. "So I gave up." He told him. "What are you still doing up?" He asked him. Changbin just smiled at him. "Nothing was just looking at you," Changbin said. "You're beautiful, Jinnie." He told him. He noticed the blush quickly forming on the younger man's face. "Stop it," Hyunjin muttered as he swatted at his mate. "You don't mean that." He told him. "But I do," Changbin argued. "You're beautiful and sexy as sin, Hyunjin-ah." He said. Hyunjin just rolled his eyes at him. "I'm fat, bloated, covered in stretch marks and acne." The omega said. "How the Hell is that sexy?" He asked him. "Because I said so," Changbin said as he leaned in to kiss his mates on the lips. Hyunjin just rolled his eyes at him and kissed him back. "Idiot alpha," Hyunjin muttered as he leaned against Changbin's shoulder. The alpha just chuckled to himself before kissing him on the head. "But I'm your idiot alpha," Changbin said, proud about the declaration. And he wouldn't have it any other way.

After hours of intensive labor, filled with screaming, crying, and a lot of yelling, it finally happened. The there little one was finally here. And the pack couldn't have been more thrilled about it. Almost two days beforehand, Hyunjin had woken them up in the middle of the night with contractions. Needless to say that the whole pack lost their ever-loving minds. And to add insult to injury, Hyunjin wasn't close enough to go to the hospital yet, so they had to stay home. And on top of that, they had two other pregnant omegas who were also still in the morning sickness and food aversion phase. So, needless to say, the next 10 hours after that were not pleasant.
Then it happened while trying to get the omegas to eat something, and all three of them bit their heads off. Felix was cussing out Chan with vigor, Jisung was just bawling his eyes out, begging Minho not to make him eat, and Hyunjin sat in the middle biting his tongue, trying not to bite Changbin's head off. With Seungmin and Jeongin on the outskirts of the group where it was safe. He was tired, sore, and so done with these contractions that it wasn't funny. He contemplated how hard it would be to sneak away to try and sleep when he felt a wet spot. Knowing what it meant, Hyunjin used the last of his energy reserves to calmly stand up in the middle of the kitchen and yell, "FUCK! My water just broke!" And chaos consumed the rest of the pack.
It was hard to believe that almost a year ago, they were in the same position after Hyunjin passed out at work. Now they were here again but for a more joyous occasion this time. And even though everyone was on edge and anxious, it was a good one this time. Because when CHnagbin walked back out into the quaint room next time, there was going to be another addition to their family. And it made all of them happy as can be.
And 24 hours later, Changbin walked out into the waiting room where the rest of their pack, Hyunjin's sister and Jisung's brother's pack, were waiting. Even JB-Hyung's pack was there to show their support. Changbin couldn't be happier about all of his family being there and showing their support for him and Hyunjin. Everyone stood up as soon as he walked in to see what was happening. Changbin could see that everyone was excited to see the baby. "Well?" The group collectively asked him. Changbin just smiled and looked down at the bundle of blankets in his arms. "Welcome the newest member to our family," Changbin said. "Seo Aeri." He said. And everyone cheered at that news. Finally, their large family was working on its way to being complete and happy. After everything that they all have been through, they deserved it. Now is their time to enjoy their happy endings once and for all.
