Summary
People have a second gender when they reach puberty. Either presenting as alpha or omega with children being considered beta's. Rarely when an unpresented omegas instincts feel as if they are not safe as to present as an omega they will produce false pheromones of an alpha. These rare few are called alpha omega's and will not go into a first heat until such a time they feel completely safe or they find an alpha they trust unconditionally causing said alpha to go into rut.
