Something is very wrong with Ash. Everyone can feel it, they know that not everything is as it seems. Unfortunately, Ash has never been one for sharing. Can they figure out what he needs before it's too late? -

Summary
After the Kalos Crisis, Ash decided that he'd had enough. He was tired of every single one of his journeys winding up with him in a near-death experience (or, in some cases, an actual death experience), of always being the one who had to save the world from whatever organization had decided to destroy it or whatever legendary Pokemon had gone on some sort of rampage. This wasn't what he had signed up for when he started his journey. So as soon as he got home, he grabbed his Pokemon and disappeared.
For a time, everything goes according to plan. Ash and his Pokemon enjoy a peaceful life, one where they don't have to look over their shoulders or try to figure out who's going to try to kill them next. But Ash has never been one for isolation, and he soon finds himself facing an impossible question: should he stay on Mount Silver, alone, and preserve his newfound safety, or return to the friends he misses so much but risk losing any chance of living a normal life?
