Summary
What if everyone was incompetent?
In the midst of the Cannibalism Arc, everyone has plans. A lot of them, and very complicated ones too. But nothing ever goes according to plan. Fukuzawa and Mori disappear earlier than expected. Ranpo gets lost and ends up in a sketchy grocery store, where he find Dostoevsky and knocks him out with a can of beans. By some strange occurrence, Dostoevsky has also lost hold of everything he had, and now that he's been defeated, the Agency and the Port Mafia fight to recruit his singular braincell. On the side, cults are created, secondhand wine is sold and bought, humanity is questioned, much-needed therapy is repeatedly refused, and havoc is wreaked. Nobody knows what's going on but they're all Trying Their Best.
Even incompetence can have effort.
