"I wanted… a small service," Shouto muttered. "Intimate, we said…" He stared dead ahead and wondered what in the world had possessed him to make such ill-advised declarations. He felt stunned at himself.
"Oh, but this is wonderful!" Tenya said. He was nearly vibrating with joy. "This is what the crown prince's wedding should be! A celebration for all folk, everywhere!"
Izuku laughed, as he looped his arm through Shouto's conspiratorially. "You know, I don't really mind."
Shouto turned to him forlornly. "You don't?"
"No, not at all." Izuku grinned. "I'm looking forward to being in love with you in front of the entire kingdom."
Shouto smiled back at Izuku. Ah, yes—it had been love that had possessed him. So whatever happened, he would make sure these new plans, grandiose though they may be, would go off perfectly smoothly.

Unfortunately, Prince Shouto is dismayed to discover that planning a perfectly smooth royal wedding is damn near impossible.

Summary
'Izuku and Katsuki cry a lot.
It's not really a surprise with Izuku. He cries for everything. When he's happy, when he's sad, when he's upset or scared or determined, Izuku is definitely going to cry about it. He's been like this forever and never tried to hide it, and Shouto is glad.
With Katsuki, it does catch Shouto a little off guard, but then it makes perfect sense. Katsuki cries for two reasons: when he's angry, and when he feels hopeless. Feeling hopeless makes him angry, and Katsuki is angry often, anyway. Thus: lots of crying.'

Ha, Izuku Midoriya caring about Katsuki Bakugou, thinking he's pretty cute and not half bad once you get past the asshole persona; though that gargantuan ego of his could take a dive off a very tall cliff.
