written for BruabbaWeek2025, using the prompts 'replay+letter+mistake'! contextual notes, because I can: both characters are aged up slightly to reflect what I believe to be authorial intent. Bruno is 25 and Abbacchio is 30. Abbacchio also doesn't have hair that reaches all the way to his shoulders, yet. with these needless details out of way, please enjoy some mild angst that I may impulsively delete and edit later.

Summary
This multichap fic explores how Bruno & Leone (and the rest of the gang) deal with Bruno being permamently bodyswapped with Diavolo and the whole world believing he is dead. The first chapter starts sad but I promise by the end of the story (this started as a one-shot idea that has expanded to a 2 shot) they will both be smiling. ;)
