Summary
Being a Jedi made war difficult. Being Stewjoni made it nearly unbearable.
Or; the clone troopers aren't Human Standard. This matters much less than the fact that Obi-Wan isn't, either.

Summary
"I felt something shudder in the Force," Fay says, "is everything alright?"
She almost seems to glow in the near darkness of the room, lit only by a slither of moonlight through improperly closed curtains. Obi-Wan flicks the bedside lamp on, bathing the room in the half light of sunset. It renders the angles of her face strangely. Dangerous. Speaking to the power she wields which she never uses to kill but which can take a life all the same. A power which she has long stopped trying to explain to people who have no right to demand that she do things their way rather than hers. It is probably one of the reasons she followed Tarre when he left for Mandalore. Similar demands of him certainly played some part in Obi-Wan's motivations to seek alternative horizons. Along with his deep friendship with Tarre, anyway.
Fay tells Obi-Wan and Cody about the Sith curse Obi-Wan was placed under.

Summary
When Qui-Gon's incompetence with money forces the family to abandon Kellynch Hall, Obi-Wan and Anakin both meet new acquaintances who change their lives forever. For Anakin, it will be one Miss Amidala, a charming high society beauty who steals his heart...and for Obi-Wan, it will be the numerous Fett siblings, who seem to be wrapped in a mystery she simply cannot figure out.

Summary
“‘Til next time, then,” Obi-Wan said as Cody walked him to the door, and Cody smiled as he held it open.
“Next time.”
Cody certainly hoped that there would be a next time. He seemed like a nice person—but more than that… Obi-Wan Kenobi had been the best damn lay Cody had had in years.
