If he was, Tsukishima wouldn’t have had Mildred. If Tsukishima didn’t have Mildred, his tree would still be intact; he wouldn’t be forced to clean it up now lest she cut her paw on a stray shard of ornament. If Tsukishima had just kept his mouth shut, Kuroo would still be Tetsurou and he would be here, celebrating another holiday with Tsukishima.
