Summary
Returning to Ranni's Rise after seeing the Snow Witch off to the stars, Tarnished Montgomery Talos comes face-to-face with his once-friend Blaidd the Half-Wolf, who seems to be suffering from the influence of the Two Fingers. Montgomery had fallen for Blaidd long ago, and to see his best-friend and hopefully lover in pain like this broke his heart. He had to save him, but how? He will stop at nothing to make sure Blaidd is his own person, even if the shadow doesn't believe it himself.
