See the FAQ for most of the details. Basically, a Full FMI is one scene from each of the five categories, while a Specialized FMI is a piece focused wholly on just one category.
Since this prompt is focused on nonsexual intimacy, ideally you'd avoid sexual content altogether. However, sexual content can be added as a contrast (sexuality without intimacy, as compared to intimacy without sexuality), and it's possible to use a sexual relationship but just focus on nonsexual moments between them.
This type of fic can be written as five moments between a specific pair of characters, five sets of characters, one character interacting with five characters, or five group moments. Those aren't the only configurations, but they're the most obvious.
