Summary
Manhattan sometimes feels like a dreamt up place with its shining skyscrapers and rooftop bars. In the place that can take you to wonderland and hell simultaneously, Harry experiences love, frienship and other struggles that come with the brink of adulthood. But his world is different because there's an American Express Centurion Card in his wallet, the figurative silver spoon in his mouth and traces of white powder under nearly everyone's nose. That's Manhattan for him all thanks to his name.
An AU about finding yourself in the mids of an elitist society controlled by money, power and lies. All the conditions apply even when you're just a teenager.

"The morning of his third day at the hospital his mum told him 'I have a good idea, love, I was talking to Niall this morning and I think we can hire Harry to be your live-in nurse'. Louis that was texting almost drops his phone and said, 'that's a brilliant idea!', Zayn's mother gave them a big smile 'right! Especially since Zayn likes him already'.
Zayn was confused because he knew that Harry was a nurse at the hospital, but he hadn't meet him, he just heard his mother say that Harry had shown her something or told her something or stuff like that. In that precise moment, someone's head appeared through the door and said 'hey, just wanted to pop in to say goodbye', and what was Zayn's surprise when he realised it was the curly man from the pub, Zayn frowned while looking at the man, but was the only one doing that cause both his mum and Louis were giving him wide smiles".The one where Zayn has an accident and Harry becomes his live-in nurse.

“I’ve always considered you the clever one, Malik,” Louis clucks, “but from what you’ve just told me, it’s clear you’re not batting on the full wicket.”
“Look, I was pissed. I’ve no idea what I was thinking.”
“Well that makes two of us,” Louis huffs back. He seems far from impressed with Zayn’s apology, seems more likely to strangle him than anything else. “And don’t you think it’s a bit naff using your best mate’s photo to catfish random blokes on Tinder?”
“Only one bloke,” Zayn corrects, “and I wasn’t catfishing.”
“Hey, Siri,” Louis says in a bored monotone, “define ‘catfish’ for this bonehead.”
“'Catfish. Verb. To lure someone into a relationship by means of a fictional online persona.'”
“Fine,” Zayn relents when the automaton shuts up. “Technically, I guess it is catfishing, but it’s…different, like. Not quite as bad.”Louis smirks as he folds his arms across his chest. “Why? Because you’re rich, fit, and famous?”

Summary
He’s just finishing up with the press when a woman from Access Hollywood asks him how he feels about seeing Zayn after all this time and if he thinks it’ll be awkward, the fact that they’re sat next to each other.
It’s a testament to his training that Harry doesn’t outwardly flounder at the statement. His brain is having a hard time trying to process the news but his mouth is already moving before he can fully digest what she’s just said.
