Intro:
The theme for this event is Good Things Happen.
We all know that sometimes people get what they always wanted and suddenly they realize it’s not what they wanted after all, but stories submitted for this event should have a happy ending, even if it was a bumpy road before :)I tried to add prompts that could be used for a wide variety of fandoms. You are free to interpret the prompt you choose however you want, but be sure you read the rules before participating!

Rules:
The rules of the Good Things Happen Flash Fest:
1. Must be a member of the Character A Character B Discord server. Other claims will be deleted.
2. You are free to write for any fandom that interests you. AU stories are allowed.
3. Works must be rated General Audiences or Teen and Up Audiences.
4. Only one claim per person, and one person per prompt.
5. Anything goes, but you must tag your work appropriately and extensively. You must have the 'No Archive Warnings Apply' or 'Major Character Death' choices as the only warnings on your fic.
6. All writers must read and vote. (Exemptions are available)
7. Works must be a minimum of 500 words and a maximum of 2,000. (Beginning and Ending Notes do not count)
8. Works can be crossovers/fusions of any kind, original works, and can include original characters. Just no RPF unless they are canon in the merchandise (e.g. Jason Momoa in the Fall Guy) or they are quest-starring in your story.
9. Do not show your work anywhere before the awards are given.
10. The use of a beta is allowed.
11. Please use the tag Discord: Character A Character B.
12. The use of AI to create your work is forbidden.
13. You cannot vote for your own work.
