The When

- The event will run from Feb 18th 2019 to Mar 17th 2019 – that's a total of 28 days with 1 prompt per day. There's no sign-up and no obligations with this event, simply post as much as you want, whether that's for 1 day, all days or anywhere in between. If you can't post an item on the day for the prompt that's no problem, we'll happily reblog anything for the prompts no matter when you post – the more Hartmon content the better.

The What

- Pretty much whatever you want to create fanworks wise we say go for it. That could be fanfic, fanart, gifsets, photomanips, fanvids, fanmixes, fancrafts but we're just as happy if you want to post headcanons, meta, recs, picspam or something else entirely. For those who don't create content themselves, helping spread the word about the event is also very useful.

- Prompts are entirely up to your interpretation and do feel free to combine as many of them as you like. If anyone has any plot bunnies to put up for adoption related to the prompts feel free to submit an ask to us here with the idea, and which prompt it is for, and we will add it to our Hartmon Fest Prompt Ideas list that people can look at for extra inspiration.

- The only requirements we have for fills is that Cisco/Hartley be the main focus in the content – the exceptions are the character fic days where genfic is good so long as it has either Cisco or Hartley focus depending on which day it is for. Polyamorous ships that include Cisco/Hartley are also welcomed. If the content does feature any other ships please remember to tag for those/mention them in notes. Please also make sure to warn for any adult content or other content that some people might want to avoid.

The Posting

- Posting on Tumblr - When you post items on tumblr let us know which prompts it is for and use the tags #hartmonfest and #hartmonfest2019 in the first five tags, as well as @hartmonfest in the post. Hopefully we will see your post but tumblr seems to be unreliable on both showing things in the tags and on whether @ works these days, so if you like you can also send us an ask to tell us you've posted an item just to make sure we see it. If you don't see your item reblogged within 24 hours of posting it (or you've seen someone else's item not reblogged) then please do send us an ask to let us know, we don't want to miss anything!

- Posting to the collection - make sure to select the hartmonfest2019 collection.

- This collection is for HartmonFest2019 entries only.
- It will stay open indefinitely for any late submissions and in case anyone comes to the ship late and wants to have a go at the prompts.
- No words minimums or limits and no restrictions on type of content created.
- Prompts are open to interpretation but please only post works if they fit with at least one of the prompts and remember to specify in tags or notes which prompt(s) you are using.
