Look for new waves of prompts and follow the rules, then post your works to the Horrorscopes collection to join in the fun.

-When can I post my fic to the collection?

New prompts are posted on the first Monday of every month and you can write and post your fics any time, even after the month has ended. See a prompt you like from three months ago? Give it a go! We'll love seeing your work.

-Where are the prompts?

A list of prompts including the current prompt and two of our future prompts will be provided beneath the horoscope descriptions in the rules section here and also on our Tumblr blog. New prompts will be sent out on Tumblr and added to the list here.

-What does 'pick a horoscope sign as a vibe/inspiration' mean?

It means you can pick a horoscope sign and run with how it makes you feel or you can pick something to do with that horoscope like a color or a body part and do something with that.

-Can I pick the same horoscope sign more than once/write more than one prompt fic per week?

Yup!

-Can I write a multichapter fic?

Sure! Go for it!

-Can I submit art/podfic to this challenge?

Yes! But if you're doing art of somebody else's fic/podficcing somebody else's fic, please ask them first!

-Can I submit explicit rated fics? Is there any sort of limits to the fics allowed to be posted?

You can write soft horror stuff (cute boys kissing in blood) or you can write explicit, dark, twisty stuff. So long as it's properly tagged, it's fair game.

-Can I really submit any pairing?

YES. Any pairing. Or no pairing. Do what makes you feel good!

-How about collaboration?

Of course! As long as you're writing a new work related to a prompt, collaborate away!

How this works is each month (new prompts posted on the first Monday) you pick a horoscope sign as a general vibe/inspiration from the list made by saltstuck and apply it to whatever that week's prompt is. Then you post your fic to the prompt's corresponding subcollection. Easy Peasy!

The current week's prompt will be listed just under the horoscope descriptions list and also on our Tumblr blog.

There is no word limit for fics. There is no off-limits media. Send us all the stuff!
