Intro:

J. Cadmus
Hey all! I’ve decided to challenge myself in order to better my writing. I will be attempting to post one One-Shot a day until I give up or move on to my new obsession. There will be no rhyme or reason to these One-Shots, they will simply fall in line with whatever I am feeling for the day. My minimum word count per One-Shot will be 1,000 words, which shouldn’t be super hard to do because I’ve always been long winded.
So, on that note, feel free to join the madness and I hope we all enjoy what is to come—who knows if they will be any good. I can be found ff.net under HellsGate201 and Memorykey3, ao3 under HellsGate201 and MemoryKey3, and Wattpad under cadmusj1984. I’ll likely be cross posting all of my works on all three platforms. If you see someone who is using my works that is not included on this list of names, THIS IS NOT ME.
Additionally, this project will be like me calling into the void. I do not intend to edit any of my works once they are posted unless they are majorly dookie or get enough traction. Assume that all works are finished as they are, meaning that there will be no continuations or amendments. Along this line of thinking, if you like the idea of something and would like to expand upon it, please feel free to do so. However, I would really appreciate it if interested parties would ask for permission first.
Furthermore, I have a twitter and a twitch. These are not in use right now, but they might be put into use later if I actually follow through with my plans for once. Twitter would be used to ask questions or get ideas and twitch could possibly be used to see my thought process in action (if I can even say that I have a thought process).
Lastly, my ego thrives on the opinion of others. It would be pretty baller to get feedback in any stretch of the imagination—just no flames. Constructive criticism is always appreciated.
Hope you have fun with this as much as I intend to!

FAQ:

My story prompts are created through a series of random number generators, the first being the fandom that I'll be writing about.

I currently have around 40 fandoms to choose from, including that of Harry Potter, Merlin, Attack on Titan, D. Gray Man, Great Gatsby, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Cirque Du Freak, Spiderman, Supernatural, Dr. Who, the Gone Series, Hunger Games, Avatar the Last Airbender, Grimm, Lord of the Rings, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Rise of the Guardians, Kuroko's Basketball, Twilight, Death Note, Shadowhunters, Divergent, Narnia, Pirates of the Caribbean, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Free!, Darker than Black, Black Butler, Maze Runner, Teenage Bounty Hunters, Avengers, Deadpool, Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, High School Musical, Misc. Disney, Descendants, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Misc Marvel, and Pitch Perfect.

You might notice that the odds might seem more stacked towards certain fandoms-- this is because I either really like these fandoms or have an idea I want to get out of the way.

I will then roll on whether or not this will be a crossover (yes 1, no 2). From then on, I will determine if there will be a plot centered pairing: yes (1), No (2), Unrequited (3), or Side Character (4). If there is a pairing, I will roll to find out if it will be the most popular pairing for the fandom (1), my favorite (2), niche fan favorite (3), or my whim (4).

Then I will choose whether it is a song fic and roll for the playlist the song is coming from. I currently have 18 playlists to choose from.

From then on, I will roll to choose the plot, of which there are currently 101 options. More might be added later, who knows.

Das it, I start writing.
