“Right,” speaks Jayce, dumbly. His tongue is tangled in his mouth for a brief moment. He can’t stop staring as his father guides Viktor in the direction of the entryway.
And when Jayce is within breathing distance of him, lips parted, he can practically taste the enticing scent that wafts from him. It coats his tongue, thick and heady, sweet and refreshing.
