Summary
On a rainy night before it all began, a girl with crimson eyes and silver barrettes in her hair appears on the Midnight Channel.
An indeterminate amount of time later, a bear named Ursa meets a trio of enterprising investigators in the TV World, and the sleepy town of Inaba is embroiled in the greatest mystery it has faced yet.
Murder, madness, and the memories of a girl long since dead. The truth of it all lies somewhere out in the fog.
