Welcome to the Lightcannon Week collection! This is a parent collection to host each of the Lightcannon Week yearly events celebrating Lux and Jinx's relationship across every single dream. Lightcannon Week takes place annually, typically from July 24th-30th! You may find more information on our tumblr, found here.

Celebrate the pairing of Luxanna Crownguard and Jinx, aka Lightcannon, with this yearly Ship Week collection! The radiant Lady of Luminosity, hailing from noble Demacia, and the wild Loose Cannon of Zaun, prove that even the darkest soul is deserving of light and even the brightest smile can hide shadows. If you don't make all the days, it's okay.
If you only finish the first chapter of a multichapter, it's fine, just post the first chapter and write the rest later.
I'll be leaving the submissions open for at least a week after the actual week, so while it'd be great if it all came out during said week, there'll be plenty of reading for people to do.
Don't give up on a fic just because you didn't finish it in time. If you just don't finish in time, don't beat yourself up, just finish it in your own time and post it up anyway.
If your fics are on the shorter end in order to make all of the days, that's Fine Actually! No pressure to write long, or write multichapter.
As an example, half of my fics are gonna read like elevator pitches for longer fics I might never write.

and contribute to the growth of the community.

1. You do not have to complete all the prompts and days.
2. Any form of creative content is acceptable, fanfic, art, AMVs, cosplay, etc. If you're not sure, ask!
3. Obviously, the main ship must be Jinx / Lux, exclusively. Minor or background ships between other characters are acceptable, but we are here to celebrate the Lightcannon ship in all its glory.
4. You can choose either of the prompts for each day or combine them if you're feeling creative.
5. The prompts are loose inspirations, be creative with your interpretations if you want!
6. Your fics can be as long or as short as you want, single or multi chapter.
7. Be mindful that shorter fics will leave you more time to finish more prompts 😘
8. Please host fanfics on AO3 so they may be added to the collection. This goes for any other applicable submission that you want in the Collection.
9. Please be mindful of rating. No Explicit fics or dead doves, please, we want to keep the Week accessible to the larger fandom.
10. Please tag any potentially triggering content clearly in your fic's tags.
11. Original fiction only, no stolen work, NO AI GENERATED CONTENT. Transgressions to this one will be barred from future participation.
12. When you have completed your fics, submit them to the "Lightcannon Week 2025" Compilation on Ao3 and get in touch with me via the
Lightcannon Week Tumblr, which will be the main social account for this event, to be reblogged on LC week socials.
