“…You could’ve taught me yourself this whole time?!”
“You … never asked… ?” Cheng Xiaoshi couldn’t be so easily swayed by Lu Guang’s excuse so wishy-washy that even Lu Guang was unsure of Lu Guang, a rare sight for sore eyes and hands.
“I pleaded! With my eyes!” Cheng Xiaoshi placed the guitar gently into Lu Guang’s open arms, the former finally able to follow in Lu Guang’s footsteps and sink into the couch. In the couch-ridden guitar-addled man’s mind, it equated to Hercules taking the weight of the world from Atlas; if he could name that equation by himself, however, he’d recognize how that same weight would eventually wind up back in his arms. Instead, the innocent Cheng Xiaoshi decided to enjoy this freedom while he could … by taking a sip of the cup of cold cocoa in front of him. “Why am I always the one asking questions…?”
