The focus on this exchange is to celebrate the many forms love can take.

This could be romantic relationships such as Couples or Multiple Individuals/Polyamorous Relationships.

You can write/request platonic relationships as well. They don't have to be romantic.

Or you can mix and match in your fic so you have a mix of family/friendship groups and relationships. 😊

There is no limit. Essentially whatever forms love can take, goes in this exchange.

We have given an 8-week writing window to try and get as many writers as possible involved, as we appreciate a lot of writers are students with multiple exams, coursework deadlines etc due soon.

As it's a long deadline, we will send out two reminders to everyone, at one month and one week before it's due.

 Please Note - Due to the nature of this exchange there may be some relationship tags that do not come up as currently being available on AO3. If the sign up form rejects your request initially for a tag issue. Please just put your tag in the description, make it clear and let us know. The mods will attempt to add any tags manually, but if AO3 will not let us add these, this can be done by the writer when the completed fic is posted.

• All requests are to be for any of the main formula fandoms (e.g. F1, F2, F3 or FE). The lower formulas will be accepted, but please be aware this is far less likely to mean a match is possible. For this exchange, unfortunately we will not be accepting requests for other forms of motorsport such MotoGP or WEC.

• All fics should be 1000 words minimum but there is no maximum word limit.

• Please don't share elsewhere other than AO3 until after the reveal date so all the fics remain a surprise for their intended.

• Please also make sure to tag anything that may potentially be triggering.

• Please also try and be clear in the tags when making requests (e.g. Alex/Lando/George would be for a romantic relationship between them whereas Alex & Lando & George would be for a platonic relationship).

If there is a problem with your assignment and/or you need an extension, please let us know asap, and if anyone is happy to be a pinch hitter in case of a problem, please also let us know so we can ask the right people in event of an emergency!
