The work does not portray Luis as an incel or creep. (If the fic writes him as an incel, it'll be rejected. Even if you don't say it, I'll be able to tell.)
(Honestly if your Luis is in-line with that one theory on either tumblr or reddit that says Luis is patient 46 AND paints him in the worst possible light (I've seen ONE patient 46 theory that doesn't cast him as weird, but the others are yikers), don't bother to submit it. It'll get rejected.)
