BUT FIRST, WHAT IS A SECRET SANTA?
Secret Santa is a tradition in which members of a group or community are randomly assigned a person to whom they anonymously give a gift.
In this case, you will be assigned to write a fic for someone based on what they like. You will also be receiving a fic written just for you.
The identity of your Secret Santa will not be revealed until the end of the gift giving.

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN?
All NU’EST writers can join the fic fest! (Just keep in mind that signing up to receive a fic gift means you will also write a fic in return.)
If you can write many types of fics, let us know so it will be easier to get you a match. If not, no need to worry! We will do our best to make it work in everyone’s favor :)

SO HOW DOES THE NU’EST SECRET SANTA WORK?
You will be asked your favorite NU’EST characters/pairings and fic tropes (so your secret Santa knows what to write for you) and NU’EST characters/pairings and fic tropes you can write as your gift.
We will then assign you to the closest matching secret Santa and you will be given a recipient whose preference is closest to what you can write.
And do not forget to follow the timeline we have for this fic fest!

1. All NU’EST writers are invited to join! Whichever character(s)/ship(s) you write, you are very, very welcome! (For the nth time) let’s water the NU’EST tag!
2. Upon sign up, you have to answer the following:
A. Character(s)/ship(s) and tropes that you would like to receive (write as many of them as you’d like!).
B. Character(s)/ship(s) and tropes that you can write; the more, the better.
3. Tags on the fic that you want to receive and can write should both be indicated (likes, dislikes, character death, smut, etc.)
4. Minimum of 315 words, maximum of 1315
5. If you have finished writing for your recipient, you can still write more fics for others! Tis the season to be giving!
6. Keep everything a secret! No gossiping on who you get or who you are! Nobody is allowed to know who gets whom until the last reveal! LET’S KEEP THE SUSPENSE UNTIL THE END. KANG SPOILER IS A BIG NO NO.
