One More Year Flash Fiction Fest

It's my birthday week, and I thought, what better way to celebrate than with a fest? 🎉

Birthdays have always felt like little checkpoints to me. They're a chance to look back at everything that has happened over the past year and think about everything you still want to do. The big dreams, the tiny goals, the ridiculous ideas, and the things you keep telling yourself you'll get around to "someday."

That is what this fest is all about.

Each prompt is inspired by something that could end up on a wizard's bucket list before another birthday rolls around. Maybe it is something adventurous. Maybe it is something magical. Maybe it is finally confessing your feelings, sneaking into the Restricted Section, or doing the one thing everyone told you not to do.

Whether your story is fluffy, romantic, hilarious, angsty, or complete chaos, there is a place for it here. The only thing tying these stories together is the idea of finally taking that leap and crossing something off the list.
