Yuri stands up and hurls his half-full bottle toward the river. The water reflects the decaying outlines of the buildings, and the pieces scatter on its frozen surface. Otabek watches without further comment. As he exhales strawberry-scented clouds, they seem to carry away the rest of Yuri’s rage.
Maybe he’ll learn to trust Otabek.The constant media scrutiny takes a heavy toll on Yuri. Despite his fading fame, devoted fans still closely follow his every move. As a result, he must also endure Otabek, the annoying bodyguard responsible for keeping him safe.
